the UID is in neither Doe Network nor Namus which make me wonder if he was identified.

this might be a long shot but I looked in the Soc. Sec. Death Index for Matthews who died on Dec 10, 2010 and this one caught my attention. his name was Matthew Joseph Carr, age22, originally from PA but per the SSDI his last residence was California.

I know we're pretty sure that this UID is still unidentified, but I researched the descriptions of his nail beds a bit further. Apparently, this is a symptom of Psoriasis, and Matthew Carr's family asked for donations to go to the National Psoriasis Foundation. Probably just a coincidence, but strange enough that I thought I should post.

Still today this UID remains unidentified, sadly enough. Gotta keep searching and hoping his family or friends reported him missing at some point and that we will eventually come upon a match for him...

His basic background matches - height, weight, hair color, eye color, age, year missing, no tattoos mentioned.

That being said, I'm not sure how he would have made it to CA from IL, and I don't see any visible signs of acne on his face...Thoughts?

I really believe this needs to be called in as I think there is a good possibility that this John Doe is Mickey. The fact that Mickey was willing to break the rules some of the time makes me think he had the ability to get to San Diego and especially a Ocean beach type of area. Also if this is Mickey he may well have used Matty as a name as it is some what similar sounding and the same initial for signing with. So how does one go about calling a possible match please?

There is another photo of Forest Ferguson on the website family have set up for him. I can't explain the eye color discrepancy, but there does seem to be some remarkable similarities with the UID.

He went missing in 2006 after saying that he was headed for CA. He had acne, fits the height and weight pretty closely, and seems to resemble the sketch (aside from eye color). He may have wandered around CA for 4 years or so...although that is a pretty large time frame. He doesn't have an obvious connection to Arkansas, but I found a doctor named Michael Marsh in AR - family member? As I type this out, I realize that it's quite a stretch.

Agree. If it weren't for the fact that the UID is reported to have brown eyes and both profiles say they have DNA on file so they should have been automatically compared, I would wonder if this is Michael Charles Marsh.

He told his friends he was leaving Utah on a bus for California. He would have been 21 in 2010, had facial acne, was within an inch and 4 lbs. of the UID's height and weight, plus had blonde hair.
