The money raised will go to a reward for information that will lead to Dylan. A family member told KRDO NewsChannel 13 that money could be used to hire a private investigator to continue searching for Dylan if it comes to that.

Facebook, Hess said, keeps Dylan alive in its own way. It’s also helped raise money for the search.

“We have people from all over the world who have seen Dylan’s face,” she said. “There’s a lot of social media out there. Without those tools, Dylan might just be a local case and with any missing child, they could be anywhere.”

Facebook, she said, “is a powerful tool. It’s hugely powerful.”

The Dylan Redwine Task Force is also providing an updated timeline of Dylan's activity the day before he went missing Sunday, November 18.

5:46PM Dylan arrived at Durango-La Plata airport.

9:37PM Dylan's last electronic device communication (texting)

Sheriff's deputies say the last person identified as having seen Dylan is his father, Mark Redwine, who told investigators he saw Dylan at his Vallecito home early Monday morning.
