Look closely at the pictures of Shanna and her newer hubby on that Caribbean vacation, while Jared was being murdered. Happy as larks ALONG WITH her parents!!!!
So...the BIG question is....why are larks so happy??

Thanks for the latest links to news reports. Her interviews are an eye opener - all those stories putting blame on Jared this Jared that. Unfortunately Jared is the homicide victim so all that blaming only shows she had plenty of motives, because Jared cannot be blamed for causing his own death.

I wonder if we will see Mario's interview records?

The parents of Jared Bridegan, a father of four who was killed in an ambush murder in Jacksonville Beach two years ago, are asking a Washington state judge on Friday for visitation rights with Bridegan’s two older children.

*Pretrial Hearing for both (@ 9am ET) – FL - Jared Galen Bridegan (33), father of 4 ambushed & killed (shot 4 times), his 2-year-old daughter was just feet away in the back seat, Jacksonville Beach, Feb. 16, 2022. – *Shanna Lee Gardner-Fernandez (36) indicted & arrested (8/17/23 by ATF agents in West Richland, Wash.), charged & arraigned (11/3/23) with 1st degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit a capital felony & child abuse. DA will seek the DP. Held without bail on Fugitive warrant (in Benton County, WA). Was extradited on 10/20/23 to Florida. Plead not guilty. No bond.
*Mario Enrique Fernandez Saldana (34/now 35) arrested (in Kissimmee, Orange County, 3/22/23) & charged & indicted (3/16/23) & arraigned (4/4/23) with 1st degree murder with a weapon, conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder, solicitation to commit a capital felony & child abuse. In Orange County jail waiting for transfer to Jacksonville in Duval County. Transferred to Duval County on 3/22/23. Held without bond. Plead not guilty. DA will seek the DP.
Trial set to begin on 4/13/24.
Judge London M. Kite. State attorney Christina Simak Stiller. Gardener defense attorneys Jose Angel Baez, lead counsel & Patrick K. Korody.

2/7/24 Update: Judge London M. Kite presiding. People present: Asst. State attorney Christina Simak Stifler, Defendant Gardener present in jail with attorneys Jose Angel Baez. Others present A. Mizrahi & C. Wingard (ASA); P. Karody (defense). Defendant (Salana) present in jail & attorneys Frank J. Tassone, Jr. Others present J. Driecer & J. Hill (defense). On Wednesday hearing Fernandez Saldana's attorney Jesse Driece said they are having difficulty accessing some of the materials in the case while they continue to seek to have the State Attorney's Office recused due to the defense's motion stating a confidentiality breach. Meanwhile, Gardner's attorney Patrick Korody pushed for a bond hearing to seek her release, stating the confidentiality issue is no fault of her own. Both defendants have no bond. Gardner’s attorneys are arguing that she should be granted bond & they want that hearing to happen before a hearing on a motion to disqualify the State Attorney’s Office from trying the case. Prosecutors want the motion to disqualify to be heard first. The defense said it has two depositions scheduled for 2/13/24, and Judge London Kite set 2/14/24 @ 9am for the next hearing in the case. The day after Korody said he would be getting depositions from Secret Service & Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosive agents.
*Henry Arthur Tenon (61/now 62) – Plead guilty (3/17/23) to 2nd degree murder & will testify against Saldana & Gardner. Status hearing on 3/4/24.
