Since LB has pled guilty to child neglect, indicating that she didn't provide medical intervention for Lonzie, IF... It's discovered that he died from these injuries after
she went to work (there would have to be evidence that Lonzie was still alive after she went to work) would/could she be charged in the death of Lonzie?

Good...she didn't belong there....I have feeling this was that P O S Ebron's mothers idea to bring that child in....she is desperate to save her last kid from prison...seeing Ebron own brother is in prison for manslaughter already.

Thanks shandram19! Good news! The child has been through enough already and given what her advocate said about her unreliability and numerous versions it seems like the defense would be taking a chance anyway - no telling what she would say on the stand, if anything.

Ebron's motion hearing regarding the cell phone evidence has been moved up to 2 pm - about half an hour from now.
