Well, it would be an issue for me. Moo moo

If he had a plan, perhaps (assuming the worst) he already had a grave site. If so, he might not have needed all that much time to dispose of her. The phone...well, he may have been curious about the new bf and kept the phone for a bit until he realized she was getting calls from family asking where she was so he dumped it later. Or, if not curious about the bf, he may have just wanted to see how much time he had for the alibi.

I think you may be right about the grave site unfortunately. I know Dale still had a thing for Michelle and the jealousy factor was huge. I wonder if he tried to get her back and kept getting denied. Maybe he called Michelle an escort via the Buck Fuddy FB account because he tried to pay Michelle to have sex with him and she rejected him and he was still mad about that...who knows maybe something like that caused him to snap?

Thanks so much sparky. I'm listening to it now. So we have confirmation that she did in fact arrive at dales condo. That clears up any confusion in that regard..

And that text to her bf saying she arrived at Dales convinces me even more that IF she had left his condo she would have texted him saying so. The only alternative scenario that Dale's supporters seem to have is that Michelle drove away from the condo and was carjacked or stalked and kidnapped by someone right after she left. But how come she never texted her son or her boyfriend to tell them of her plans to shop instead of going home?

That's EXACTLY it! There is no scenario other than Dale being involved that makes even the slightest bit of sense. All of Michelle's activity ceases at Dale's condo. She was giving NM the play by play up until she arrived at Carter Glenn and then no texts to anyone until 4:26? Come on now...this is a pretty open and shut case with the exception of where Dale hid Michelle...how many helped him...and how soon Dale will pay for what he did. Those are the only questions I have at this point.

I hesitate to interrupt the flow of the thread, I am seriously slow on the keyboard and really don’t have anything to add. Thought I’d sneak in while you lot are sleeping! Lol
It goes against my principles to just read/lurk, you all do wonderful work and I think Websleuths is unique. You are all very experienced posters and Michelle’s ‘disappearance’ has been seriously explored and discussed. I have been truly impressed by the way her immediate family has dealt with the media and the whole situation. My heart breaks for them and I get really distressed when I think of her children.

In my opinion Michelle didn’t stand a chance when she tried to break free. DV is an abomination!
I think she was taking all reasonable precautions when she had to deal with the ex-fiance. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had a system for checking in with her family and that was how they knew so quickly that she was in trouble. Speculation on my part, please advise if should be deleted [for any reason].
I wish to be careful here on WS and Michelle’s investigation is too important to me to unwittingly say the wrong thing.

Keep up the good work. Hoping for news.

IMO they have everything but Michelle and he should be worried cause he has been labeled the Prime Suspect. His name will be mud until this is all cleared up and that's putting it nicely. IMO

From Lauren via that post: There is still only one suspect in the case that has not changed. Nor has anybody else been added.

Dale SHOULD be worried...Murder one carries the death penalty here in our fine state. He obviously doesn't care about other people's lives since he has been involved in at least two murders so maybe he doesn't care about his life either...if I were in his shoes I'd be REALLY worried based on what I've seen but that's JMO. Sleep tight Dale...lethal injection awaits...

JMO, the family states on that FB page that they have nothing new to report. It wasn't stated that LE has nothing new...i can't imagine LE telling the family of any new developments and the family releasing new info.

Note that there are no other suspects, and DaleJr remains the Prime Suspect. This ought to worry him deeply. As Prime Suspect, he will always be looking over his shoulder because there will always be someone watching him. He will be haunted the rest of his life...as he well should be. Jmo.

Again JMO, an arrest may be coming quite soon. Note that LE has not given up at all and to me that says something.

All Jmo, Moo, IMO.

I do not understand why people think LE is going to release everything they know on this case. Seriously, that would be stupidity on their part. Just because there haven't been any updates from LE on this case doesn't mean they don't have anything.

Haven't been here since Day 1? These threads are full of information. Lots and Lots of it. jmo

And that missing dot LE needs to connect it all together, I believe that dot is Michelle. jmo

Looks like a great site. Gayle and Brad certainly spent a lot of time developing that....They miss their daughter dearly....I hope it helps bring in some new leads and info...Though it seems LE is making SIGNIFICANT progress behind the scenes....I hope Dale is getting comfortable because when he least expects it...WATCH OUT...JMO

I bet LE has been releasing some significant info to the family but doubt they'd share what they know. You are right though...there is a TON of evidence that hasn't been released to the public for obvious reasons. All the pieces seem to be coming together. It's all part of the plan. These investigations involve a lot of strategy and it's working like a charm. JMO

Dale should man up and maybe work out a plea for life rather than death by the needle. Though he probably likes needles being the drug addict that he is. Just saying'
