Thank you also for bringing it back to the purpose of why we are here and allowing us to continue to try to help in the search for Michelle and for the answers as to why she is no longer with her family and why no one as of yet has been held accountable for her disappearance and likely death.
I thourght this might be a good time to do a brief summary of what has been reported in MSM and what has been discussed so far on this board but since we are on thread 23 it didn't turn out that brief at all. I apologize in advance for the rather lengthy summary.
Michelle sent a text to her boyfriend NM at 3:15pm on November 17, 2011 while approaching DSJrs condo to drop off the children. It was a loving text to let him know she was thinking of him. He replied with some emoticons and we do not know the exact time of his reply text. She never responded back to that reply. Not that there was any text to respond to but it was her that started the exchange so you think she might have wanted to continue it or to at least have sent some emoticons back to him. She also did not respond to a later text from NM. We do not know the time of that later text from NM.
Michelle pulled up to the condo at 3:18pm. This was not originally known by anyone other than LE until about 10 days later. DSJr told at least her family that Michelle had gotten there around 4pm and had left about 10 minutes later. This was the time listed in all MSM articles at the time and was also the time that a poster on this board, who is a friend of DSJrs, indicated that she had arrived. He himself claimed that he left at the same time or right after her to take the children to his parents home. He claimed to have arrived there by 4:30pm, no easy feat in busy rush hour traffic from his home to their home in 15-20min apparently. There is a claim that a witness saw him arrive at his parents home at 4:30pm. This was changed to by 4:30pm by his lawyer MN when it became apparent after the release of the video that he should have been there much earlier if his story was correct and he was simply wrong about the time.
On or about November 27th a video of the Hummer H3 arriving at the condo at 3:18pm was released by the media. It is still unknown if this was done with the knowledge or approval of OPD. This video shows Michelles arrival time is about 40 minutes earlier than DSJrs original claim according to her family. The next day he was asked to take a lie detector test. He refused and got a lawyer. He has not cooperated or spoken with LE regarding this case since that time according to RJ, another member of his legal team. LE named him their primary suspect in the disappearance of Michelle Parker, a statement they have repeated multiple times in the media.
Michelle was in the habit of contacting her son when he got home after school if she was going to be a little late coming home. If she was going to be really late she made arrangements for him to be with a relative. It was obvious from the arrival time at the condo that she was going to be a little late but she never contacted him at or after 3:30pm when he arrived home. Michelle did not make arrangements for her son to be with a relative after school that day. She intended on going right home after dropping off the twins.
There are apparently no witnesses or surveillance video from anywhere that show Michelle leaving the condo alone in the Hummer with the GLOW decals intact on the vehicle. No sightings of her anywhere away from the condo after 3:18pm even though her phone records seem to indicate that her phone at least was travelling through a very heavily populated and busy area. A poster on WS from early on in the case claimed to have seen the vehicle and what appeared to be an attractive brunette driving it around 3pm that day in an area where she was likely to have been. So that is one person that we know of, who noticed the vehicle prior to 3:18pm and called it in to LE. But no one seems to have come forward to indicate that they saw the vehicle, with an attractive brunette woman driving it, GLOW decals intact, after 3:18pm when her phone records seem to have placed her heading west towards the Oak Ridge/Belle Isle area. According to DSJrs claim of leaving right after her, he himself should have been travelling within minutes right behind her in the same direction. This cell phone activity was in direct contradiction to where Michelle should have been travelling according to the plans she told her family about less than an hour earlier.
We do not know but it has been suggested that there may have been other calls and texts sent to Michelles phone before the text that her brother sent, most likely at least NMs emoticon reply to her text. If there were, there was no reply to anyone else other than the brothers text. The only reply from her cell phone after 3:18pm was to his text inquiring Where r u?, a short rather terse question that may have panicked whomever was in possession of the phone because they may have thought her absence was already being noticed. The reply text was one word, Waterford, not in character for Michelle and the phone was nowhere near Waterford Lakes at the time or any other time after 3:18pm that day according to LE. It has been suggested that she may have been shopping in the area earlier in the day with her mother and its possible she told DSJr that she was there. Or had packages in her vehicle that were from a mall in the area? I believe the childrens daycare arrangements were also possibly in Waterford Lakes so its quite likely that she was there prior to arriving at the condo. That is the direction that our poster saw her heading in around 3pm. And if she left the condo when DSJr originally said she did, she should have been in the Waterford Lakes area around the time of that text on her way home to Oviedo. But she was not. Or at least her phone wasnt.
YS mentioned a ping from the cell while travelling westbound on Hoffner in the area of Semoran, less than three miles from the condo. Since we have only been made aware of two pings from the phone, it is assumed that the one YS is talking about is the Waterford text. We do not know for sure if that is where the phone was at the time of that text. If it was, her phone was pinging from a tower within a 2-3 mile radius of the condo over an hour after she got there. Crimeline is also reporting cell phone activity at Sandlake and Orange Ave. Not sure where that info came from.
No one has ever come forward to indicate that they are the witness alibi who states they saw DSJr at the parents home at 4:30pm. The only people who had to be subpoenaed to answer questions that were aware of is DSSr and his wife Tamara although apparently there were several people subpoenaed. Media have been unable to identify or interview any other independent witness to this 4:30pm arrival time.
Members of Michelles family started trying to get in touch with her first at 6:47pm after receiving a call from her 11yr old son that she had not come home at any time after he arrived home from school, nor did she contact him. No response from Michelles phone at the time of that 6:47pm text from her sister Lauren even though the phone was still in the possession of someone. There were likely other calls and texts to her phone and at least one other more panicked text from Lauren to Michelles phone just prior to 8pm I believe. There are screencaps of Laurens phone texts to Michelle buried somewhere in the threads. The phone was subsequently powered down after the last ping at 8:01pm.
Michelles family was also unable to get a hold of DSJr when they first started to panic wondering where Michelle was. I assume those calls would have started around 7pm, before the police were called at 7:20pm? Calls to both his home and cell numbers? YS was finally able to reach DSJrs mother who was unable to locate him but had him call YS back at some time. We do not know at what time he called YS. Neither DSJr or any member of his family have ever called any member of Michelle's family regarding her disappearance since that time.
Michelles phone was last traced to the area of the closed down Jesse Black Saloon at 333 Oakridge Rd, close to the Rose Blvd home of DSSr. The last ping on the phone was at 8:01pm. We have no information about that ping and whether it was an incoming or outgoing call or text. The physical act of powering off a phone does not generate a ping according to several experts. The phone was found December 7th , off the side of the Nela Ave, bridge by divers in the water. Again it is vague about exactly where under the bridge it was found but reports seem to indicate it was found in the water on the north side of the bridge. This bridge is one possible route of travel between DSJr and DSSrs homes.
Michelles black Hummer H3 was found stripped of the decals for her GLOW tanning business in the parking lot of a condominium complex at 4700 Walden Circle by LE sometime the next day, Nov 18th. It was reported that a witness out walking her dog claimed to have seen the Hummer around 10:30pm the night before, the same night Michelle went missing. Walden Circle is about 3 miles from DSSrs house. The decals have never been found and no logical explanation for why they would have been stripped off during a random stranger abduction has been brought forward, nor did anyone see this act taking place.
DSJr also posted online via FB using an old alias account of his that Michelle was a known escort. This was posted after Michelle disappeared. The alias account was positively traced back to one of his own email accounts. There is still another social media account with that same alias available on the internet that also traces back to his email account. There is no known connection to Michelle and the escort business.
Michelle was wearing a necklace, a ring and a watch at the time of her disappearance. All three are still missing along with her flip flop type sandals. During a struggle in the case of a stranger assault/ abduction, chances are very high that at least one of her flip flops would fall off her feet and perhaps a chain may be yanked from her neck. Neither has been found. When her vehicle was found, her purse and other personal effects were found intact in the vehicle, her phone was thrown away and the Hummer was not stripped of anything to sell. Her jewellery has not shown up in pawn shops or online for sale ads that were aware of. So it doesnt appear that an assailant tried to profit in any way from property found on and with the victim. The car keys were taken and also remain missing. The area around where her vehicle was located was searched and dogs were also brought in but were unable to pick up her scent moving away from the vehicle I believe.
All of this information can be considered circumstantial or direct witness evidence and LE have the answers to some of the unknown questions in this list that may constitute some direct evidence. They also have all of the cell phone records for Michelle, DSJr and DSSr as well as any landline phone and computer records. They have, I believe, over 700 tips from the public. So it stands to reason that they have other evidence that helps to put the story together but at this time they are missing at least one piece of crucial evidence to make an arrest in this case. While a no body case is possible, usually there is at least evidence that the person has come to some kind of harm. It appears that is not the case here which indicates to me a possible soft kill and a quick disposal in some type of bag or container. This is Florida. Any arrest made means that the clock starts ticking and the public will have access to all of the evidence. And if you dont get it right the first time there is no do-over. It doesnt surprise me in the least that they are not prepared, at this time, to make an arrest.
Is there anything in the known information from MSM that points to the possibility of another person being responsible?
Is there any plausible explanation why Michelle seems to have disappeared right after her vehicle passed that camera at 3:18pm other than at the hands of the last known person to see her? Why would she not have at least contacted her son before leaving the condo on her way home?
If this event is split into a planned or spontaneous event, does that change our search areas?
