I actually just wrote a paper on this subject...minors must wear helmets but it's optional for everyone else.

I found one place where "OI" stands for "Other Involved", which seems to be a catchall for the leftover people who don't fit into another category.

Could it just be a reversal and stand for "Involved Other" or "Interviewed Other" ???

Can't find "DR" anywhere. Frustrating.

That's the first thing I thought " she fought" and they found skin under her nails. I'm holding out hope that the DNA is not back yet. The sheriff did say nothing back from lab yet.

Thanks! I thought they could put a rush on any DNA found on Somer. I guess though by his statement, they are still waiting for results. It just seems by mentioning defensive injuries, they have something. MOO

Good sleuthing DSNTSLP....I don't recall any parallel being made from DT's mom's family to this Spires character on WS until now. When you posted the link to the alert on the 3 RSOs I KNEW I had seen the name Spires before...there are a couple on DTs facebook, one being her mother...another probably an aunt.

If I was 7, and I was pee'd off at my brother and sister, and a motorcycle guy offered me a ride, and he had a helmet for me, and I maybe knew him, I'd hop right on.

Tossing this out there: is it possible that another RSO/predator premeditated Somer's murder and already planned on giving LE CWG's info?

I'm not fully on board with that theory, though, because CWG was obviously in Jax when Somer went missing and now is missing. I suppose it's possible that TWO offenders were working together (especially if H. Spires is in fact related to DT/Somer)?
