Nobody thinks they live in a bad place until there is a murder in their neighborhood. But it's true that it happens everywhere. (as does child *advertiser censored*)

That is pretty much what i said in my post! I was just looking at the differences with these two, J.H & Watkins is all. They both had some kind of involvement in child *advertiser censored* and involvement with Somer. We don't know for a fact that J.H. had Somer in his home, but Watkins Did!
I thought the lewd lascivious behaviour was touching the child and posing her for pornographic reasons, as i also mentioned! I thought that and the producing of that kind of went together?
Of course L.E. wouldn't let someone like that out on bond, that is not what i was inferring!
 
I think another sad fact that happens is a lot of child molestation/rape happens within the family unit, and those perps get away with it!

This is what I think happened with Grandpa. There may have been accusations but not enough proof. (or later someone decided not to press charges)

FWIW, I did find someone with the same name as Grandpa who lives near where JH did. I don't know if he is related to Grandpa, and I'm sure they have more evidence than "the pictures were on Grandpa's computer" to have charged him, but it made me wonder if there could be a connection between JH and Grandpa.

I too find all of this a bit odd. Read somewhere, not sure, but i thought it was on this thread, that some of the kids had access to his computer? If that was the case why didn't he just tell L.E. that he didn't know how or why the *advertiser censored* ended up on his P.C., if that was indeed the case? Why say he was trying to help L.E. with the investigation, and that's why it was there? I think there may have been something else too, to charge him.
I think i read that grandpa lived about 1/4 of a mile from Somer, not sure in what direction though, in comparison to where J.H. lived? Somer used to hang out with one or more of his grandchildren at the house?

They would not have arrested him after simply FINDING *advertiser censored* on the computer. They would have had to investigate to see if they could tract it back to a specific person.

Him = Grandpa in this case.

ETA: And it's true about any arrest made for child *advertiser censored*. They don't just arrest the owner of the computer and charge him/her -- they investigate and get evidence.

It was two LE to be exact - one shot in the hand and one in the foot. Suspect is still on the loose... the police pulled a car over, the driver took off on foot and shot at the police. At least he didn't shoot them in the head or chest - he didn't want to kill them; just incapacitate them while he got away.

Yeah, for sure. LE (and even moreso FBI/ICE) computer experts can tell the difference between something that was downloaded on a computer accidentally (like if you got a virus) or if the user intentionally looked for, downloaded, uploaded, etc., files. They also would be able to see how, where, and when you viewed the pages. They can easily see if you reached the bad website accidentally by researching crime, or if you intentionally searched.


I get the impression that CW is pretty involved in that world. His lawyer said CW looked through images and "when he realized they weren't of Somer" he clicked, deleted, clicked, deleted. ... How would he know where to find child *advertiser censored* websites?! It's not like they come up in google, it's ILLEGAL! Sounds like his lawyer threw him under the bus a little in order to distance him from Somer. I'd bet it has nothing to do with Somer, but CW thought that would be a good cover for his actions.

FYI, I have to find the website, but the FBI has a website/email where you can report suspected child *advertiser censored*/trafficking websites. I've never come across anything, but God forbid anyone ever does, it's best to report it so LE can investigate and shut the site down.
