Frances Bean: Courtney Love caused deaths of family pets, lives on drugs

Frances should get an award for having to deal with Courtney's antics all those years, I commend her for coming out of it alive with her sanity still intact. Courtney never should have been given custody, she can't take care of herself, let alone a small child.

I'm glad my already messed up family hasn't achieved this level of messed up.

I'd heard rumors in the past about this being a murder.
As far as the photos ... what, someone hung around after he was dead and took photos ? Or at least that's the general tone of the article.

The documentary is Kurt & Courtney. It was made in 1998. A lot of people were afraid of Courtney. The clip of the interview with El Duce posted here, is from the film. You can watch it on Hulu.

If Kurt really was considering divorcing Courtney, I would not be surprised if she had something to do with his death.

Many people think the handwriting and tone of the note changes toward the end and that it wasn't a suicide note but a note that he was moving on from music. But the changes made by someone else turned it into a suicide note.

I don't know what to think. I was a HUGE Kurt Cobain fan as a kid/teen so I'm very aware he struggled with depression. But everything we've heard about Courtney makes me wonder.

I know the thread is originally about Frances. She is a beautiful young lady. I've often wondered what her thoughts are on what really happened. I haven't seen her mention KC much in interviews.

Somehow that sentence does not make much sense. "...taken a LETHAL dose...prior to shooting himself.." ??
If it's lethal, you're deceased.

It's been a long time, but if a crime was committed, there needs to be justice.

Although Courtney has been in a lot of trouble over the years, I believe Kurt Cobain's death was nothing other than a suicide.

Man, if there is ever a woman around to blame a man's bad behavior on... look, I was a huge punk and grunge fan, huge Nirvana fan, but these conspiracy theories are ridiculous. Kurt had a long history of both depression and self-destructiveness. His suicide did not come out of nowhere. They were both junkies. But Courtney gets all the hate and blame.
