If she handed him off on the 27th, it would have had to have been before 11:45 a.m. since she was seen on surveillance video at that time in the Motel 6 parking lot.

Per TPS she heard Gabriel babbling in the background on 12/26/09. Also, correct me if I am wrong but didn't EJ take the pictures of Gabriel on 12/26?

just to throw this in here...someone posted that this park is like 4 miles from the hotel...it is also 4.4 miles from the EZ Wash she was reported to be at and it is a pretty easy route...hope this is helpful!

Looking at the time line she was on surveillance with Gabe around 3pm 12/26/09 outside of 6 flags. Since the parks closes at dusk, I'm leaning to an early morning hand off on 12/27/09.

According to the timeline EJ was captured on surveillance with Gabe on 12/26/09 around 3pm outside of 6 Flags. The Raymond Rimkus Park closes at dusk. What time was dusk in San Antonio on 12/26/09? She could of handed him off early the morning of 12/27/09 before 11:45am.

Sorry, Litl. I didn't write it as clearly as I should have. Tammi talked on the phone with EJ a number of times during that week. The babbling could have been any of those days. But the last day it could have been was 12/26, because Tammi and EJ didn't talk by phone on 12/27 or after.

we were talking about this earlier then for some reason I did not have access to it...well now it isn't top secret..it is on the san antonio fox news and the PI is sitting in the park talking about it....no offense but I was following that thread and contributed concerning the laundromat being 4.4 miles from the park and a pretty easy route..then all of a sudden it became top secret...but anyway..go to the link and it is listed under top stories
