I think JC, family and reps will find someone with a little more class to collaborate on a movie with, when the time is right and IF they ever even decide to. I doubt they are currently shopping around for a movie deal, anyway.

Exactly! I highly doubt Jaycee's seriously considering book deals and movie offers right now, anyway. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if she never writes a tell-all book or accepts movie offers. If she decides to do so in the future, then I'd be cool with that, though doing so could be counterproductive to her goal of leading a quiet life out of the public eye. I mean, look at what fame does to celebrities who choose to be in the spotlight. I'd imagine it'd be much, much worse for someone in her shoes. That said, if there's one thing I wish for Jaycee, it would that she is able to able to live a quiet, peaceful, and happy life where she is known as Jaycee, the mother, daughter, sister, etc. rather than Jaycee, That Girl Who was Kidnapped and Raped.

Okay, apparently it was published on-line today, after this morning's hard copy was already delivered. I get the Contra Costa Times delivered to my doorstep every morning, and there was nothing about it in today's paper, which I had already read. But also, it seems their source was the TV news station KCRA- out of Sacramento. Since then, on the Times's online site, there is a rebuttal by a spokeswoman for the Dugard family saying essentially that it's Jaycee's story to tell only if and when and to whom she wants to tell it!

Where do you see the source as being KCRA? I thought the original source was Sacramento's CBS13? It says CBS13 talked via phone to Shane Ryan about the "film". CBS13 and KCRA are the same? I didn't think they were, but I'm not on the West Coast, so what do I know? I'm just trying to figure out why 2 separate media organizations are both apparently claiming to be the source of this information or why they would even WANT to take credit for such a disgusting display of ZERO morality. If they are one in the same, that explains it.

Thanks, BB. I saw this link earlier in the Media Links and it is actually the article that made me realize how present she suddenly is. I hope she can "do work" as far as this so-called "filmmaker" is concerned. I also hope she is very successful as far as raising funds for JC and family, they need so much.

Yeah, I've heard (from a Facebook group) that a few more articles regarding the trust fund will be coming out shortly, so hopefully, that'll help raise awareness for Jaycee and her family. Anyhow, this Nancy lady certainly made her displeasure with Shane Ryan known, so that's a good thing!

that's not an attack on anyone here who may have had a substance abuse problem. lindsey lohan is your typical spolied rich actress who parties to excess and thinks she's above the law.
i cant think of anyone less suited to play the role in mainstream hollywood. i think lohan might be more suited for a casey anthony role.
