That hoodie looks really new. Any high schools in that area with a name or a mascot name or logo that looks like that?

If you look at the URL of the pictures of the kid, it says "Dallas" in them.

Maybe at area high schools, Maverick's games, Cowboy's games, Dallas Stars games etc.
