I hate to tell the families of the victims, but the court doesnt care about what you want, or your
Suffering. It is just a cold fact. The accused gets all the benefits of time, all those frivolous motions
Meant to delay the trial, and now comes the defense attorney stating they want the trial in June
2025, over 3 1\2 years after they were murdered-- and they will probably get what they want--
I think I need a barf icon!!!!

That ain't happening-- I hope the Supreme Court does not take the case which will result in more delay of this case going to trial (which is the point of the defense isn't it)

POST FALLS — Angela Navejas and her daughter, Ashlin Couch, had a close relationship with Maddie Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves.

After the earth-shattering 2022 murders in Moscow that also ended, far too early, the lives of Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin, the mother/daughter Navejas team needed a way to pay their love forward.

“We want to commemorate and exemplify the kindness, joy and friendship that Maddie and Kaylee embodied and live vicariously through their memories," Navejas said.

They founded the "Made With Kindness Foundation."

MOSCOW, Idaho — The Idaho Supreme Court denied an appeal request made by the man accused of stabbing four University of Idaho students to death in November 2022. However, the court granted his request to hide the contents of his motion.

On Feb. 8, attorneys representing Bryan Kohberger asked the Idaho Supreme Court to appeal Latah County District Court Judge John Judge's decision not to toss Kohberger's grand jury indictment in the quadruple murder case.

...

A hearing is scheduled for April 17 where the judge will hear the argument regarding Kohberger's request to move the trial out of Latah County.

The lawyer representing Bryan Kohberger—who stands accused of murdering four University of Idaho students in 2022—is trying to limit which criminals qualify for the death penalty.

Anne Taylor, chief of the Kootenai County Public Defender's Office, urged Idaho lawmakers not to pass a bill that would expand which defendants are eligible for capital punishment. The bill is seeking to make sexual crimes committed against children under the age of 12 punishable by death. Taylor has said the state would struggle to process an increase in capital punishment cases, according to the Idaho Statesman newspaper.
