The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the arrest of Jeremy White on an outstanding local warrant for murder. Bonneville County detectives also were able to obtain a warrant for Deena Aday for the charge of accessory to a felony and she was also booked into the Nye County Nevada Jail, according to a news release.

Pretty much what I was expecting... glad both have been found.

Just quickly marking my spot here because I am very curious what will transpire in this case.

One thing is for sure: rest in peace, Ms. Christine. :(

Lock her up.

I had a feeling once I saw the picture of her with that rifle what kind of person he and she might be

A local reporter obtained an audio recording of the probable cause statement for White's arrest warrant.

It appears Christin “Chris” Caldwell was strangled to death and buried beneath her home, according to court documents.

Everything I've read indicates Jeremy White and Christin bought the house together.

[Bonneville County Sheriff's Office Deputy] Schwartz said he had reviewed numerous text messages between White, his supervisor at work and friends that indicated he had made plans to leave town with Aday before Caldwell was killed.

“He made plans at that point to leave the area with Miss Aday and start a new life with her,” Schwartz said in the recording.

Schwartz said he read a text message White sent to a friend saying Caldwell was aware he was having an affair with Aday. Schwartz quoted the text as saying Caldwell had “gone crazy,” but that she had gotten over the affair.

Officers discovered surveillance video that had been taken inside the home. Schwartz said the video shows Caldwell and White talking to each other in the kitchen area Nov. 7. White was holding a rifle, and set it down next to a couch before taking off his jacket. Schwartz said the two appeared to be talking normally, not agitated or arguing. The two left the kitchen and the video ends. The next available video showed the camera pointing at the ceiling of the home, Schwartz said.

White and Deena Aday have both waived their extradition hearings and should be transported to Idaho within the next two weeks. White is currently facing 2nd degree murder charges (10 years to life); Aday is facing Accessory to a Felony charges (up to 5 years).

Aday’s attorney, Kristopher Meek, requested a change to his client’s current $200,000 bond. Riddoch responded that a separate bond hearing would need to be scheduled for him to consider a change.

During a first court appearance in a felony case, the defendant does not enter a plea, but must do so at arraignment. The arraignment will take place after a preliminary hearing is held for White and Aday on Dec. 16.

The 49-year-old appeared before Judge Stephen Clark Friday and he agreed to lower her bond from $200,000 to $100,000.
During a bond reduction hearing, Aday’s attorney, Kristopher Meek, argued his defendant was not a flight risk and requested a bond of $10,000.
However, Bonneville County Prosecutor Danny Clark opposed the reduction and noted Aday was in custody after fleeing the state for 16 days with murder suspect Jeremy White.

There's a photo of her with braided hair and what looks like black extensions.

“There have been efforts from her, showing a level of cooperation, and we want to encourage that,” Clark said. “But it’s also important to remember that she didn’t turn herself in … and when she was confronted about the death her response is ‘I don’t know anything about it.’”

Aday had told investigators she knew nothing of Caldwell’s murder and had fled with White under the preplanned notion that they were going to “start a new life together,” court records show.

Yep, and she's out of jail......I wonder if her husband believes her and has taken her back?

By all appearances, she's just going back to life as usual with her husband! Wow. I'm not believing she didn't know anything. And she supposedly thought they were going to start a new life together? Her poor husband and children. What betrayal. Too bad the murder victim doesn't get to just come home and act like nothing happened.

From his Facebook posts & pictures posted on her Facebook it appears she was his queen. I can feel his pain. Even if they get back together, things will never be the same for him.

I can totally understand the gratefulness that she is alive. I can understand forgiving the affair because you are so thankful to have her back. I can't quite grasp making those posts public however. Maybe I'm just more of a private person.
