Hmmmn what about AZ -- do we have him listed in AZ? I think that might be a place to start?

I read that he was a house flipper; is there a license needed for that?

Is he a licensed real estate agent?

I hadn't seen JS's name like that before.

So, maybe....but I also checked the maricopa county assessor site for properties they own in Maricopa county. http://www.maricopa.gov/assessor/

I didn't find any under JS, only under TS http://www.maricopa.gov/Assessor/ParcelApplication/Detail.aspx?ID=219-37-014-Z

Maybe he has an investment company? Like an LLC? I wonder if there are any other aliases...John?

BBM, I couldn't agree more. I was beginning to think I was the only one who was suspicious of him. Everytime I've seen him on tv, he is the most fidgety character I've ever seen. Then after they took the lie detector tests and claimed they passed because they were inconclusive due to their emotional attachment (or something to that effect), I was especially watching him to see how fidgety he was. In my opinion, he was much more calm that night. So, I chaulked it up to him finally proving his innocence to all the doubters. That feeling didn't last long. I still think something is up with him. Either he is just as guilty, of God only knows what, as his wife is or this is not the first time she has gotten them into a mess and he's feeling like he doesn't know what to believe and she's about to drag him down with her but he really can't prove anything anymore than we can. JMO.

I have an aunt who had her insurance license and instead of paying the company for the customers' insurance when they paid her, she pocketed the money, explained away all the notice of cancellations to the customers and she and my uncle lived the high life for a couple of years. Then a customer had an accident while driving drunk and killed someone. But there was no insurance although the customer had all their receipts. She ended up getting jail time but my uncle was totally clueless. He never suspected anything. He believed everything she told him about their finances during all this time. And of course, living in a small town, he was considered just as guilty as she was but being on the inside and knowing what was going on, I can tell you that he really had no clue. Dumb on his part but true.

Perhaps this is the same type of marriage that JS and TPS have. Maybe she runs everything, he is on a "need to know basis" and he likes it like that way because it takes lots of daily stress off of him. But, as in the case with my aunt and uncle, maybe he has put all his trust in the wrong person. IDK, but something is not right here and I can't wait for it to all come out.

I found this article quite interesting...written by Joe MORRIS...coincident I am sure....I will say JS ex f-i-l...was a very well respected individual in the music business...I believe JS could have never lived up to his ex-F-I-L's name...and I believe that's what JS wanted to do, made it look good on paper...but just never really got there.....so to think JS has a lot of contacts with individuals in the industry, I'd have to say he doesn't have as many as he wants us to believe...but the music industry is a vast family that doesn't necessarily mean artists or musicians....again, JMHO....

This is interesting.Best I know of UCC's, and that's only through my business, an individual does not have to do that, but a business has too with the owner's name of that business, thus providing the UCC...JMO. as far as image on the site you provided....??? Saba...I couldn't see what you are talking about

kappy- fill in name as individual debtor and hit search/ the next screen will show his name/ click little box in front of his name to select it and then go up above that and click report/ next screen will show info and at far right a little icon thingy that says images- click

Maybe he has a friend that is a realtor in Texas? Doesn't he own 2 properties in TN? One in Lebanon and one in Nashville?

Actually, the 2008 purchase is for a house in Glendale, AZ - the 2009 purchase in TPS's name only is the larger house in Scottsdale, AZ where they now live.
