Ohhh, I saw the article and came here. So what do you all think? Is the 1990 MFH plot going to play a role in Kyron's case? Where was the old laptop when they were investigating his disappearance, and where did they get it? Hard to believe she would be dumb enough to leave incriminating evidence and keep it in her possession.

Is it just me or is the news story and Kaine's statement speaking directly to the "Red Squirrel"? Be scared Terri, we're coming for you ...
 
I think she was using her parents address in Roseburg for awhile and also living with them. I need to find that link again.

I know she was living with them. Her parents drained their bank accounts, and refinanced their home (took all the equity out) to pay for that $700k legal defense. Desiree also picketed her parents home remember?

She was living with them. There were several protests awhile back in front of the Roseburg house to flush TH out.

Now, this theory is one I'm debating myself. We are into the 3rd week, so maybe by the end of next week we will have something solid--hopefully to rule this out.

Following is a revision of a map I added on the previous page. I have added more locations as I wish to have it reflect the large area searched for Kyron, but how the searches stopped just above the location where the bones were found on April 16, 2017. All we really know about the bones is that they are human and appear to have been there a number of years. Off to the side of the image I have placed a link to an uncluttered Google map.

This is the first I have heard of bones being discovered.

Whoops, Yes of course. I was confused about the Sacramento address she was using but not living here. It was her aunt's home.

I should add that Skyline school is located in a very isolated area. Many truckers use that area to bypass HWY 26 and its congestion. Skyline is considered a country school . So I think, JMO, it is really ulikely for a compete stranger to come into the school and take KH from a science fair. I did not know TH but I saw her at the gym once in awhile and all I have to say is she is fake.
 
Multnomah County investigators declined to provide details about the new evidence. A source with knowledge of the investigation said police recently examined a laptop computer that used to belong to Kyron’s stepmother, Terri Horman.

BBM for focus - I would like to know who this source was, how they are connected to this case and where their knowledge came from.
Is it someone who is actually associated with law enforcement or the family? An official family spokes person - if so, then state it as such without naming names.Or is it one of the people I encountered in the early days of Kyron's disappearance who CLAIMED inside knowledge but were making it up, were wholly unconnected to the case and did their darnedest to insert themselves so they could be in the know? One of the reasons I stopped following this case was because it became tainted with "wannabes". If it doesn't come from the family or LE, I'm not buying it just because it's in the news.

If you wanted to rattle TH, what better way to do it? I have a completely different opinion on what the news stories in the past several days are stating. IMO, it's intentional.

That depends on who is doing the rattling, IMHO, which is my point. If it's the family-that is definitely their right. Rattle and shake away, like DY is doing. If it's LE, then that's just one of their many intimidation tactics, I think they have some latitude to do it, and that's part of their job. Both have access to more facts than we do and can rattle with impunity.
But, if it's someone not connected to the case just making claims they are to stir up trouble, I have a problem with that.

Well, now we have a 2nd murder-for-hire plot. If nothing else, it speaks to character.

I wish we could know how that lap top came to the attention of LE and the length of time they have had it. I'll grab any straw that offers hope towards finding Kyron and a way to punish those responsible.

I often think of this little guy. Glad to know others are still discussing and concerned about his case.
 
Court date for TM is in June....will have to watch for any news.
