I am probably the last one to realize this - there is no way that the jury knows about the "teaser" video LM made before killing Jun Lin. I'm sure that the Crown would be hammering the importance of that video home. IMO that is the singlemost obvious thing that disproves LM being NCR, so for the Crown not to use that, the judge must have ruled they can't use it for whatever reason. Fortunately, there is so much other evidence that proves LM is criminally responsible. IMO.

I remember you posting that on here, NSU. I wonder if there is any way that Shuyee Lee didn't understand what you were asking. I just can't imagine that if the Crown was allowed to talk about it, that they wouldn't be hammering it home. IMO anyway, I think that is such a crucial piece of information.
