Identified! MD - Carroll County, Female UP5608, 23-27, March 2009 - Toni Vogel

Well now, if you subscribe to the view that Michael was a serial killer, it would be interesting to point that out to someone who might believe it as well! Lynn Carty is a PI who represents the only known victim to survive the Conn River Valley killer. Jane Boroski was stabbed 27 times I believe, but lived. She postitively ID's Michael although LE is on the fence to this day. You can find Lynn here:

The site where she was found is not readily accessible from any major interstate highway. Baltimore Blvd. does appear to be a major local road, though.

This would suggest that whoever left the body is local. Confounding factor: the location is behind a manufacturing company which may ship and receive via truck. If she came off a semi, the local knowledge angle could be a red herring.

Thought I'd post who has been ruled OUT...from https://identifyus.org/cases/5608

Kristen Charbonneau 1980 Texas
Christina Crespo 1979 Pennsylvania
Billie Jean Hall 1960 Maryland
Becky Marzo 1980 Wisconsin
Christine Sheddy 1980 Maryland
Nancy Williams 1961 Georgia

I wonder if anyone has checked Tracy Leigh Gardner-Tetso as a match for this UID. I have not seen her name mentioned on this thread, but she lived about 40 miles from where the remains were found.

There is not a lot to go on due to the decomposition, but the jawline and face shape seem to be similar. Tracy is listed at 5'4", a bit taller than the height approximation on the skeleton (5'0 - 5'2)

I looked and Tracy Leigh Gardner-Tetso has not been ruled out, I agree I thought the jawline and face shape were also similar.

Here are the list of ruleouts. https://identifyus.org/cases/5608

Do you think someone should turn this in as a possible match?

I just turned this in to NamUs as a possible match.

Ms Proudfoot:

I was browsing through listings of UID’s and missing persons and I came across this case of the discovery of skeletal remains of an unidentified female in Carrol County MD.

http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/388ufmd.html

While browsing through the NCMA website for possible matches among missing persons, I came across the profile of Tracy Leigh Gardner-Tetso (See Link Below).

http://www.theyaremissed.org/ncma/gallery/ncmaprofile_all.php?A200502688S

On the NamUs website profile for this case, I see that Ms. Gardner-Tetso has not been listed among the excluded names.

While there are minor variations in height and age between the UID and this missing person, there is a striking similarity in the facial shapes and jawlines between Tracy and the composite drawing.

Also, it is worth mention that Tracy lived approximately 40 miles from the location where the unidentified remains were found.

Also the remains were located at the rear of some sort of manufacturing company, and the husband (who was recently arrested for her murder dexpite the fact that her body has not been found) works as a truck driver.

If Ms. Gardner-Tetso has not been excluded, I suggest that someone look into this.

I noticed that the band Motley Crue has offered a $10K reward for the resolution of her disappearance.

CarlK - I would contact : Baltimore County Police Department at (410) 307-2020 as listed on Tracey's profile.

I just did report it in to Baltimore County PD.

Baltimore County PD contacted me this morning and indicated that the Jane Doe in Carroll County was determined through dental records not to be Tracey Lynn Gardner-Tetso.

I understood him to say that the Jane Doe had already been identified, but I neglected to ask him to confirm my understanding of what he said.

If this Jane Doe has already been identified, they should notify NamUS and the Doe Network, as these websites still show this case as unresolved.

The following missing persons have been ruled out as being this UID (as listed on NAMUS):

Kristen Charbonneau
Christina Crespo
Billie Jean Hall
Becky Marzo
Babette Alberti Phillips
Christine Sheddy
Nancy Williams
Brandy Wilson

and, according to another poster in this thread:
Tracy Gardner-Tetso

but the NAMUS page hasn't been updated to reflect this.

other possibilities (that have not been ruled out, according to NAMUS):

Katherine O'Neil Anderson
missing since April 29, 1979 from Baltimore, MD

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/a/anderson_katherine.html

Leann Faulk
missing since November 17, 1985 from Hyattsville, MD

Sheree Marie Magaro

Kathryn Mae Quackenbush

Tracy Lynn Myers - the resemblance here (in the nasal area) is uncanny!

Anne Lillian Riggin

Tracie lived very close to where this UID was found. Notice remarks about injury to clavicle and shoulder - UID had prior rib fractures.

Tracie Lynn Mosley is 5'10, however, and the UID is listed as 5'0-5'2. If it was an inch or two off I'd say it's possible, but 8 inches is a bit of a stretch. :-(

please compare the UID sketch with a photo of Tracy Lynn Myers, and let me know what you think:

Tracy L Myers looks like a good possible.

When Baltimore PD called me to inform me that Tracy L Tetso had ruled out, I think that he said that Carroll County Jane Doe had been already identified. However, it was 5:00 am PDT, and I had to jump out of bed to catch the call. I was only half-awake and I am not sure that I heard him correctly.

If you do call in Tracy Lynn Myers, please verify whether this decedent is still unidentified.

Yes,I'm very interested in knowing if this Jane Doe was Identified also please.I am also checking her with some one.

I submitted Tracy Lynn Myers for this UID to the case manager listed on NAMUS - so we'll see if it comes back as already ID'd or not.
