Trial will not be delayed; confidentiality agreement out

An appeal court on Friday ruled that it will not force Chief Judge Belvin Perry to disclose publicly the location of jury selection, expected to begin Monday, in Casey Anthony's first-degree murder trial.
At the same time, the three-judge panel ruled that Perry's confidentiality agreement, which he asked media outlets to sign, cannot stand.
