Caylee Anthony is latest child to be added to Leesburg memorial

"There was nothing for these little kids that have been murdered," he said. "I thought 'I've got to dedicate something.' "

So Williams constructed the 60-foot-wide, 60-foot-long memorial labeled "The Waterfall of Tears," where the names of murdered children surround a 15-foot-deep pond. Once he hears about a child found murdered, Williams dedicates a block in the child's memory, putting his or her name, age at death and state of their birth on the block as part of the memorial that encompasses about a quarter-acre of his property.

A glimpse into the legal sniping from both sides in this case comes in a series of recent emails:

Baez: "Now Jeff, it's close to Christmas, be nice."

Ashton: "They can perform their examinations of the remains without those items initially. I think you should be nice and let these people alone for the holidays, but that's just me."

Baez: "I never knew you were a board certified forensic pathologist? While I agree leaving people alone during the holidays is a good idea, I think it's more important to allow the Anthony's to bury their child as soon as possible...so much for cooperation."

School Safety Partners reports that on the day Caylee Anthony's remains were found in a wooded area at the front entrance to Hidden Oaks Elementary School, school officials and sheriff's deputies quickly worked together to lessen the emotional trauma to the nearly 700 school children there.
About two-thirds of the students walk or ride their bike to the Orange County, Florida school, or are accompanied by a parent. The route for most of them, along with the 250 who ride the bus, takes them through the crime scene that represents the horrific death of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony, who lived around the corner.

The search for Caylee and the case against her mother, Casey, has been a story that seemed only appropriate for a fiction novel, with twists and turns almost on a weekly basis that gripped the attention of people in Central Florida and around the world.

Unfortunately, it is not fiction. It is a sad truth, and the final chapter will likely be played out in March, when Casey Anthony is expected to head to trial, facing first-degree murder charges.

Now Luka said so far the state has not subpoenaed his client to testify. However, if that happens, Luka said he'll make sure Lee gets full immunity from any possible charges he might face.
