A round-trip ticket from Hartford CN to Orlando FL costs $258. Dr. Lee can't afford $258?? It was my understanding that he is a wealthy man. hmmm. Or maybe the defense can kick in the measly amount? Good grief, let's get Caylee buried already people...

I don't know what in the heck Lee is supposed to do? He's not even that type of doctor who studies bones. I mean there is no fake fingernails to pocket nor was she found in a pool of blood so he can't suck out the contents of a ketchup package and spew before the jury..so what in the hell good he is in looking at that baby's skeleton? More like Miss Inmate 2009 doing her last FU to her parents and JB is just covering for her.

I wholeheartedly agree, cajun. They're waiting on Henry Lee? lol! I don't understand why his "expertise" is needed here at all!
This is only enabling Casey to have control via JB. MO.

i think it's all in the delivery. It is one thing to send out invites. It is completely different to announce who is not invited. No one will ever accuse ca of having manners, taste or class-that's for sure.

At what time did CA make announcements as to who was invited and who was not? The only people that I know she said she did not want at the service were LP, which I do not blame her and the grandmother of the little girl who took out a restraining order on CA after interjecting herself into the case.

I think the more likely scenario is that the funeral is being held up because police are going to start laying charges against the As after it is held, and they know this.

As Caylee's mother, I would think Casey can do whatever she likes with Caylee's remains. But she can't stop the family from having a memorial.

I don't think that LE would wait for a memorial if they had anything to charge the Anthony's with. They may be sympathetic to their loosing their grandchild, however their jobs are to uphold the law first. If they had something now, they would arrest them. JMHO

You know, why does CA have to have people at the funeral who have in her opinion hurt her or she feels betrayed by them? A memorial isn't a public event, it is a personal, heart wrenching private ceremony for the loved ones. How is this any different than the Travoltas inviting guests to the memorial for their son?

IMO Cindy and George should just have a private memorial for Caylee.JMO but I would not want a bunch of strangers who feel like they know me just because they read about me in the newspaper and on the net.They are the family members its their choice.My family has never had strangers off the street go to a service for a family member and if somebody did come who was not a family member or a friend in life to our deceased family member they would be escorted out.

I think there is more to the story WHY little Caylee has not been laid to rest. I believe, since Dec. 11th, there has been enough time for anyone to examine and do any tests they need, both Prosecution as well as Defense.

If this is true, Why?

• KC is in control over Caylees remains
  KC gave POA to JB and HE is holding Caylee hostage
  KC must give JB permission to release Caylee to CA and Ga
  KC is pissed at GA and CA and won't give them permission to bury Caylee

OR....

Caylee has already been buried and it was kept very secret and quiet???? Ya think???? Doesn't sound like a CA and GA mode of operation, as they love the limelight.

I think we will be seeing a legal, court fight for CA and Ga to get custody of Caylees remains so they can bury her.

And on Jan. 11th, BC said it was Hoover holding up the funeral???? How could he possibly be holding it up now and I wonder who will be blamed next week?

Do you remember Brad Conway's reasoning for saying Hoover was the holduP? I hadn't heard that, nor am I sure that I believe it.
