I wonder if Banika will be at any of the court appearances?

I hope there are representatives of Bianca's maternal family at court, even if Banika doesn't have the strength to be there herself.

I thought this quote was interesting:

Lane's attorney, Terry L. Johnson, said the hearing in Detroit's 36th District Court is expected to include about 10 prosecution witnesses and could span several days.

Wow, several days. Also note- TEN prosecution witnesses!

Man do I wish the court appearance was live!

I want to see D'Andre's face when the evidence against is presented.

D'Andre ranks right up there with Nathan Sloop. Too bad there is no DP in MI like there is in Utah. D'Andre however is even more of a coward. At least Nathan led LE to little Ethan Stacy's body.

I almost hope this goes to trial so people will get to see the evidence against D'Andre - Who is more full of himself than even Casey Anthony.

I am checking in to see if the wheels of justice are serving Beautiful Bianca!
I, too, would love to see the court proceedings LIVE to see D'Andre melt in a puddle of sweat, pee-pee, and poo-poo!:rocker:

I'm sure that local media will be in the courtroom for the hearing this afternoon, so there should be some video later today. Maybe one of the local news outlets will livestream: I'll watch noon reports for updates.

Bianca Jones' dad appears in court, disturbing testimony heard from 8-year-old daughter

"When the hearing began Tuesday afternoon, the first person on the stand was Lane’s 8-year-old daughter.

The little girl testified about a time she wet the bed, saying her father was so upset that he shoved her wet underwear into her mouth, causing a cut.

She also said that she did not see Bianca awake on the morning of December 2, the day of her reported kidnapping.

The girl told the court that Bianca had a blanket over her face when they left for school that day, and that Bianca didn’t say a word or move when her father put her into the car."

HOW DARE HE do that to a toddler - stuffing urine soaked panties in her mouth. Utterly humiliating on top of physical injury and mental trauma.

I just don't understand why some "parents" ( I have seen this with male and females both)get SO enraged when their children have bathroom accidents?! How many times have we read about cases where children are beaten, punished, even KILLED when they wet the bed, their clothes etc. These people can't handle a little urine? WTF? I just....don't....understand. Sorry, this is just rambling, but WHY? :(
 
I'm so happy this case is in court and that the father will be further exposed as the mean and manipulative monster he is.

Little Miss Bacon, justice is coming.

(Now, if we could only try Sky Metalwala's mom next!)
 
I am sickened by DL's actions towards this beautiful little girl. DL is evil personified :devil:
