Tibaudo testified he contacted the prosecutor's office and said he couldn't take the calls anymore.
From February to June, Bashara made 30-40 calls and came to his store, Tibaudo testified. He said he was afraid.
Tibaudo said the calls from Bashara came between February and June 2012.
Tibaudo testified MSP put some kind of device on his phone to record his conversation and he called Bashara on June 18, 2012.

Steve says something about Bob accusing him of throwing him under the bus.
Bob says he's done nothing wrong. I don't think you threw me under the bus at all.

Bashara says I have nothing to do with them or the prosecution.
As far as I'm concerned Joe Gentz is a terrible terrible man who killed my wife because I wouldn't loan him money
I'm an innocent man - they might charge me.
Steve says he could be charged as an accessory for introducing the two of them.
Bashara says I'm as big of a victim as you - bigger because I lost my wife - and this ******* killed her and to get off he's trying to blame me. And they're believing him - they think he's sane but he's fruitier than a loon - you didn't tell me that.

Steve says Joe worked for him briefly but used the N word and you can't do that at his business.
Steve says he's going to get off the phone and collect his dog and get the hell out of here - I think I got to go to the hospital or something. He advises Bob to wipe down the phone in case he's contagious.
Now he's calling for Scrappy - the dog - Mr. Doodles aka Scrappy Do
Steve is getting very emotional again. They had to stop the recording to make sure Steve was okay.
He choked up a little and said he was just remembering what the dog was doing then.

"I really thought he was being evicted out of one of Bob's properties and when I, I called Bob to ask him if that was his property and he could get a couple extra days, he said that, that wasn't his property. And then I told him well I think uh, uh Joe gets a check from the state from being disabled and, uh, he might be a good tenant with you 'cause he knows how to do plumbing and stuff like that," Tibaudo appears to tell J.D.
Tibaudo appears to get on the phone with the man, whose name is J.D.
Bashara talked to Tibaudo again about having him to with his private investigator.
In the recording Tibaudo could be heard calling for his dog, Scrappy. Tibaudo is getting emotional on the stand.

Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Robert Moran is questioning Tibaudo again.
During the conversation, there was discussion about whether Tibaudo was wearing a wire. He said Bashara patted him down and asked if he was wearing a wire. Tibaudo said he told him it was against his religion to wear a wire, he's Sicilian.
Tibaudo testified that Bashara wanted to know if he could have Gentz killed.
Tibaudo said Bashara wanted to know if he could "broker the deal."
Tibaudo said that Bashara "wanted Joe gone."
Tibaudo testified that Bashara was going to stop by and talk with him at the furniture store
Tibaudo testified on June 22, 2012 he recorded another conversation with Bashara.
Tibaudo said Bashara asked him if he was wearing a wire during the meeting on June 22.
A picture of Bashara and Tibaudo was shown. They're standing outside of his store and the picture was taken on June 22, he said.
The conversation is one hour long, Moran said.
