Is it just me or is it really possible that second guy has untreated mental issues?

The first guy has a good strategy, but I don't think God meant to say that he'll forgive you ahead of time. Somehow I don't think God passes out "Get out of sin free" cards before you do something. JMO

Our inaugural Mugshots Friday post has been getting quite a lot of reaction-- mostly because nobody can believe that the photo of the dude with the severely flattened head is real. It is.

The poor guy has been arrested quite alot during his 25 years for disorderly intoxication, solicitation of a prostitute, possession of weed, and burglary. But really-- can you blame him for any of that?

Police arresting a man for allegedly soliciting prostitution in Miami earlier this month ran into a bit of difficulty when they got him back to the station.

It was not a matter of him resisting arrest or being uncooperative. Nor did it have anything to do with his identification - he provided his name and other personal details, and submitted to fingerprinting and a mugshot.

The trouble started when they got to the part in the paperwork that requires them to note 'unique physical features'....

What the hell happened to that dude and how did he survive? I can't blame the guy for solicitation. It's gotta be tough getting dates. Man just when you think you've got a bag full of troubles along comes this guy. I wonder what his IQ is.

Your regular Mugshots Friday programming is cancelled because we simply cannot continue when one of the mugshots is of a guy covered in mysterious powder. It wouldn't be fair to the other mugshots.

Travis Williams (click photo to enlarge) was arrested on Wednesday for disorderly conduct/breach of the peace, which does not address the question as to why he's covered in a white powder. (If the charge was trafficking exactly one skin-load of cocaine, that'd be another matter.) We got the arrest affidavit (below) from the Miami Police Department and it provided tantalizingly... little.
