On September 5, 2023, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Brian Loprinzi on behalf of the State of Ohio present in the courtroom and counsels Noah C. Munyer and Jacob T. Will appeared in person before the Court. Counsel and the Defendant, who was in custody, appeared through video.

A written waiver of speedy trial rights shall be filed, forthwith.
Accordingly, the Court, pursuant to an agreement between the parties and with no objection, ORDERS that a Jury Trial is scheduled for February 21, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. and shall be conducted in person. The State, defense counsel and Defendant shall appear in person at 11:00 A.M. on February 21, 2024 for pre-trial preparations.
Time is to be charged to the Defendant.
The Court finds the trial date set herein is within the statutory time limits, and neither party objects to the trial date of February 21, 2024.
Trial will proceed until 5:00 P.M. each day. Counsel must be prepared to present testimony until 5:00 P.M. each day of trial unless otherwise notified by the Court.

Yes, however, Feb. 21, 2024 (@10:30am ET) now converted to a status conference, and is no longer a trial date. All parties are in agreement with canceling the trial date.

Looks like pre-trial preparations for a trial are scheduled to begin September 18, 2024 (attached document is from the website linked above by @Betty P ).
Thanks! I meant to check on this . It looks like they are headed for trial.
