Just wondering if there might be the next hearing date for these two? I have preliminary hearing on 10/4/23 @ 9am as the next hearing - but could there be one before this?

Thank you for the link ,I just thought it would be faster for Niner to hand me the case number ,because she had it ,that OSBI link is one of my most favorites. A poster named Little gave it to me 17 years ago .! I sent Niner the stuff in her PMS.

I wish you had them too. I am not sure I can be consistent enough to be your go to person, but if you need whatever hit my PM box ,I will backflip over my own tail to help you out.

Mrs. Marple is a more reliable bet. She is awesome.Guess it doesnt hurt to have 2 on your team.
 
Monday, July 17th:
*Attorney Announcement Hearing (@ 9am CT) - OK - Athena Alexandria Brownfield (4) - Athena & her sister (5) were left alone on Friday, Jan. 6, 2023 but Athena was first reported missing on Jan. 10, 2023 after her sister was found walking alone near the town of Cyril by a postal worker & he contacted LE. (Athena was found on Jan. 17, 2023 in Rush Springs, Grady County; found out that she had been beaten & died on Dec. 25, 2022 from Alysia’s interrogation; Id’d on Jan. 26, 2023) - *Jasmin Adina Kay Brownfield (27) "bio mom" charged (5/4/23), arrested & extradited (5/5/23) with 2 counts of felony child neglect by abandonment. Bond $100K.
During interviews with investigators, court documents allege Jasmin did not notify the Dept. of Human Services about the whereabouts of the children & failed to provide paperwork to allow them to enroll into school, or get routine medical care. Jasmin left her two young children in the care of Alysia & Ivon Adams more than a year ago. According to an affidavit, Jasmin told Alysia and Ivon that she was having mental health issues & did not feel that she could adequately care for her children. However, Jasmin failed to maintain communication with the Adams & did not check in on the welfare or safety of her children. The affidavit also says that Jasmin did not provide any financial support to the Adams' for the care of her children.

*Alysia Adams (31) – Preliminary hearing on 10/4/23.
 
I shall have surgery (carotid artery stent put in) on Tuesday, July 25th - So I will need to post Tuesday the 25th, Wednesday the 26th & Thursday the 27th hearings - as I do not know "when" I shall be back home from the hospital. I am HOPING for Wednesday afternoon!! :)
