The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says local residents have been extremely generous in donating food and supplies to search teams looking for a 7-year-old Portland boy. In fact, the sheriff's office has all it needs.

Lt. Mary Lindstrand said Saturday the sheriff is asking people to hold back further donations of supplies and food, pending further notice.

Kyron Horman went missing June 4 after attending a science fair at his Portland elementary school. More than 200 people have been looking for him, focusing on an area within a two-mile radius of the school.

Financial donations are still being accepted in Horman's name at the Bank of America.

Oregon authorities launched a criminal investigation Sunday into the disappearance of a 7-year-old Portland boy, after a massive land search yielded no clues into the second-grader's whereabouts.

"We are going to continue this investigation on a criminal level," he said, adding that a $25,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to the boy's location.

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Investigators looking into the disappearance June 4 of Kyron Horman asked Saturday for anyone with photos or videos created that day, and June 3 of roads around Skyline school, to provide to contact police.

Video of these specific locations was being sought:

NW Cornelius Pass, Germantown, Logie Trail, Rocky Point, Skyline, West Union, Springville, Newberry, McNamee, Kaiser Thompson and Laidlaw roads and Bethany Boulevard.

The request includes a stretch of Oregon 30 from NW Rocky Point Road to Germantown Road which does not pass by the school at all. It does however, parallel Sauvie Island, where searchers have spent the last several days.

questions:

none of my questions has been answered in the media.

1) where are the security camera videos for 5 hours before and after the science fair?
2) any cameras across the street? atm cameras? red light cameras?
3) dogs, why is there no mention of dogs being used?
4) psychics? don't psychics clutter around unsolved cases? I haven't heard one psychic utter a peep about what they think happened.
5) who was in charge of the science fair?
6) who can just walk into a school campus? do they have guards? do they lock the fences and gates?

ive read every article i can find an they all say this
he dissappeared, his step mom was the last to see him and they are asking for the publics help.

(June 18) -- The search for missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman is now focused on the boy's stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, who was the last person to see Kyron before he vanished.

Two weeks after the little boy disappeared from his Oregon elementary school, Willamette Week reports that investigators have determined that Moulton Horman was not where she said she was on the day her stepson vanished.

PORTLAND, Ore. -- The father of missing 7-year-old boy Kyron Horman is staying elsewhere this week after taking the daughter he has raised with Kyron's stepmother out of their home.

Friends of the Horman family told FOX 12 that police encouraged Kaine Horman to take the couple's 18-month-old daughter and stay at a different location. Investigators would not confirm that information Monday.

Kyron Horman's stepmom, Terri Moulton Horman, says rumor that Kaine Horman moved out is false

A report on Fox TV today saying that the stepmom and dad of Kyron Horman had separated is not true, according to the stepmom, Terri Moulton Horman.

Approached at her home in Northwest Portland, Horman said her husband Kaine Horman and 18-month-old daughter Kiara have not moved out as Fox reported.

"Everything's good," she said. "We heard that rumor. It's just a rumor that needs to be squelched. Everything's fine."

She said the only change in their household is the arrival of her dad, Larry Moulton, who came up from Roseburg to support her. Her mom, Carol, has been with the family soon after Kyron’s disappearance to help out.

Kyron Horman's father files for divorce and restraining order

The father of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman has filed for divorce and taken out a restraining order against his wife, a source told KGW Monday night.

A source close to the investigation told KGW Monday night that Kaine Horman had moved out of the home with his 18-month-old child.

Family members released a statement Monday saying they were in support of the investigation. The statement was signed by Kyron's father, stepfather and mother, but not Terrie Moulton-Horman.

"We have been fully briefed by law enforcement on the on-going criminal investigation. We are in complete support of that investigation. We have asked the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office to facilitate releasing this statement for us due to their access to the media/flash news.

We understand that we have free access to the media but are limiting statements to the media to keep the integrity of the investigation intact.

Any actions taken by the investigation, or by us, are based on the best interests of Kyron and Kiara and comply with the law. Beyond this, we have no comment on the matter.

The two 9-1-1 calls from the Horman home on NW Sheltered Nook Road were made Saturday evening.

The first came at 5:17 p.m. and was a "threat" priority two call, meaning officers were sent in person, according to an emergency dispatch supervisor. They arrived at 5:25 p.m.

It was not clear whether the calls were placed by a woman or a man.

Later, a "custody" related call was made at 11:39 p.m. It was a priority four call, meaning officers did not respond in person, but a call back to the home was placed at 11:46 and the situation was resolved over the phone.

Terri Horman, who has avoided commenting publicly on mounting speculation around her actions since Kyron vanished, has hired lawyer Stephen Houze and was seen in his company as she returned home Wednesday night.

Police have not named Horman or anyone else as a suspect or person of interest in the case.

Houze has not made any comments yet on his new client's behalf, but Horman herself apparently has lashed back at the suspicion, reportedly leaving comments on the Web site of ABC's Portland affiliate, KATU.

Hi everyone, hope all is having a good day. Um.....I am confused by so many threads regarding Kyron, please help me understand but shouldn't this thread be merged with his large forum in the Hot Cases section.

I am happy that he is noted in so many places but I don't understand the repetition of his information It is very time consuming to go to all these places thinking there may be something new only to read things you have already read in other places. He is in the Hot Cases, the Poll forum, Forensic astrology, Missing Persons Information and Support and of course in the Parking Lot.

Thank you in advance, I am really sorry if I am asking the wrong people, please delete if necessary

Hi greeneyedgirl.

We have instances where we have threads in the Family/Support forum (this one) and also threads in the Missing/Discussion forum for many missing people.

The Family/Support forum is not meant for discussion of theory or opinions, etc. and this forum should consist of mostly validated media or other source information and for well wishes, prayers, or similar type of posts.

The Missing/Discussion forum is where posters should go to express their theories and opinions regarding the case or information that is released through media sources.
