Glad to hear that the little boy has recovered, but I can't believe she can try to say she wasn't responsible for the injuries - she swung him like a bat, OF COURSE she's responsible!!!!! Argh. :behindbarGraham now says she was not responsible for the injuries to Jarron Troop, who has since recovered.

Graham had pleaded guilty in March to aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child, but withdrew the plea in June. A jury convicted her in October of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault and child endangerment.
Erie County Judge William Cunningham set bond Tuesday for Chytoria Graham, 29, and her mother posted $20,000 cash within hours. She was sentenced in 2007 to up to 10 years in prison for aggravated assault and other charges. She is appealing her conviction and sentence to the state Superior Court.
In her appeal, Graham claims the public defenders who represented her at trial were ineffective.
That window of freedom -- opened just over two weeks ago -- might soon slam shut.
The state Superior Court issued an opinion on Thursday rejecting Graham's appeal of her 2007 conviction for swinging her infant son like a baseball bat.
On Friday, Judge William R. Cunningham, who had granted Graham's motion for bond on May 5, rescinded his bond order and directed Graham to report to the Erie County Sheriff's Office by Wednesday for transport to state prison, where she will resume serving her sentence of five to 10 years...
Graham appealed her conviction on several grounds, all of which the Superior Court rejected.
The Superior Court said a videotape of Graham's confession to police shows it was voluntary.
"She appears coherent, albeit somewhat tired," the ruling said.
