GUILTY PA - Scotty McMillan, 3, tortured to death, Chester County, 4 Nov 2014

I hope the community and proper agencies can help Scott's older brother and the other children heal a bit. These children must have witnessed this torture or may have been victims of it themselves. It would be tragic if the remaining children are not given the utmost care and protection from both their extended family and the community. They deserve everyone's full support to recover and live safe and protected lives...I can't even imagine their confusion, fear and sadness. Do you know if there are any local vigil/services for little Scott?

One of the articles from link posted up thread said the 6 year was also hung upside down on the back door and beat. But he was old enough to know not to squirm around and the beating would not last long, but poor baby Scotty squirmed while his so called Mother laughed as he got beaten.

How awful the person that is suppose to protect you is the last face he saw before he passed and she threw him on an inflated blowed up bed and went freakin shopping.

There are some pretty nice Mobile Home Parks in Chester County..this was not one of them. The owner also owns a junkyard next door and the park is not well maintained. Not surprisingly. What I can tell from social media/facebook, websites and the youcaring set up regarding this case, I have determined the following:

1. The aunt (sister of Scotty's mom) has temporary custody of Scotty's older brother.
2. She is sick of the "negativity." She and many family members and friends have repeated not to believe everything the media states. I think she supports her sister.
3. She set up a fundraising site and a website for Scotty and his surviving brother. The brother's pictures are all over the website.
4. She states she is doing it on behalf also of the McMillan family.
5. The McMillan family are on their way to the state and want to take the older boy.
6. The fundraising site is to help with funeral costs, to give toys and things to the older brother and she admits that her own son is getting things from donors as well. (Scotty's cousin). Some would-be donors are skeptical and while I usually defend the family's need to collect funds in certain cases, I don't here, except direct donations for a funeral, or a trust fund for the older child.

As sad and as bad as it sounds, I could have gone another day without seeing this pic. My heart just breaks when I see how cute and sweet he is. He looks so perfect! How could they ever get that mad at him? I won't lie I get upset with my kids all the time, but the most I might do is yell a little and I feel bad for that, later.

The older brother then had to watch his baby brother systematically tortured and faced abuse himself. He probably was too scared not to join in on turning his brother into a human punching bag.

Yeah I think she cared more about this monster than her own kids. I hope she is tormented every day by what she has done. I'm with my children's father and if he ever laid a hand on my kids, to be frank, I would kill him!

I came to this thread yest...with MSM links and quotes and, all that stuff. I deleted post after post after post. I read lots of things, you know...we all do. Some fly in, then fly out of the mind. Sometimes, the innocent faces lay in haunt.

I find comfort in believing that thru this little boy Scotty's human torture...the hand of God, and the angels of heaven spread warmth and divine intervention. Where maybe he didn't quite FEEL the horrors we know occurred.

WTF is wrong with people? Who does spit like that to a beautiful child/children? No alcohol, no drugs provoked this abuse? Evil manifested in human form.
I'd accept the opportunity to administer equal abuse to these 'ughs'. Harsh, swift capital punishment. On the town square.
I'd hang em...beat em with my frying pan. Good as I am.

I understand your sentiment and this is not intended to be disrespectful to you, but this baby did feel. Extreme, unimaginable pain. Physically, mentally, emotionally. And all the while knowing it was his own mother killing him.

Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan announced the arrests of Gary Fellenbaum and Jillian Tait Thursday morning. He says Fellenbaum, his wife, and girlfriend, Tait, all lived together in a mobile home in West Caln Township and worked at a local Walmart.

Responding EMTs found 3-year-old Scott McMillan suffering from bruises, lacerations and puncture wounds all over his body.

Amber Fellenbaum, who lived in the home with their 11-month-old child, has been charged with child endangerment for not calling police. She is currently being held on $500,000 bail.

Law enforcement veterans tell Action News that they have never seen a child abuse murder case like this one.
