I was going to post 'call in sick' to the pilot, relatives.
RDI, much to learn from you they have.
Uh-huh. And just how would THAT explain JB turning up dead?
Yeah, there's much to learn all right.

Wha? That the RN has revolutionary rhetoric in it? Thats exactly what I'm trying to say, and what VanZandt said. The fact that he said it in another context doesn't make it false.
IOW the observation that there is revolutionary or socialist jargon in the ransom note is correct. The conclusion that it was put there by someone pretending to be a revolutionary is false.
Maybe you should consider the finer, more subtle points of the ransom note
In socialism, a business does serve the country.
A fellow poster put me to work last night and I was very happy with it. Bumping it up for SD.

"I will concede that within a socialist economy, we would probably not call anything "business school". A better name for it, perhaps, would be "socialist economic operations" and in the ideal world, from an early age there would be a great deal of overlap and continuity between work experience, work study, home study and classroom learning."
No wonder the RN author couldn't even spell business! Or, write a dollar sign you can actually read.
Uh-huh. And just how would THAT explain JB turning up dead?
Yeah, there's much to learn all right.
Well, you really shouldn't have gone to that trouble for me. (And I mean that!) I've read it all before, which is one reason why it's not making a dent now.
I didn't say "break." I said "break OUT." As in, find a way out. Although, I have been lifting weights an hour a day for two years. Who knows?
I'm sorry, but the issue was why the R's chose to call 911 at 6 am instead of later. NOT how they explained JBR being dead.
The idea is that they could've called 911 hours later, called in sick to the pilot and family, and pretended to be complying with the RN.
Hi Hotyh.
All the socialists I've ever met in my lifetime, a disdain for big business = American Imperialism, is the commonality.
Foreign socialists, IMO wouldn't not respect Acess Graphics, unless they held stock.
So IMO, the respect shown for JR business is out of place.
RDI wise, it's an inclusion of anyone who worked at Access Graphics or was associated with Lockhead - Martin.
IMO The rn creates a suspect pool that includes eveyone on the planet, but for JR.

No matter.
I know (lol). Go get yourself a new shoelace and pull real hard. It'll be safer than that other experiment.

I KNOW that, and I'm doing my level best to address that issue. I'd like to get back to it.
My question was, how would calling the pilot and family claiming to be sick solve their problem of having a dead child in the house?
Yes, and my assertion is that it wouldn't work. For a few different reasons.
I gathered.
I was hoping like heck that I wouldn't HAVE to do any more experiments!
That said, it doesn't matter whether the 2nd ligature would restrain an adult since one of the FEW things we agree on is that an adult was not the target.

We do? Please don't put words in my mouth.
Don't bother. That stuff probably had 1000 lbs break. Besides, those loops around your wrists and a leg, you'd be hogtied and not going anywhere. They appear to be standard slipknots and would tighten as you pull.
The idea lately, for me at least, is to go with the prima facie. Your post doesn't. Nowhere in the RN does it say they respect Access Graphics. They say 'we respect your business but not the country that it serves'. The business is UNIX-based computing solutions. The business name is Access Graphics. The name would be irrelevant in a socialist environment.
Furthermore, foreign socialists holding stock is almost an oxymoron.
Oh Hotyh....
*smile, stock options?
that was a joke.
ya know, that guise of modern socialist mindset, rooted in class envy.
I'm goin' with my reality ... you may proceed with your course, as you deem necessary ...
but from my decades of having to listen to seperatist socialist post war anti American sentiments, for sure all the socialists I've ever met .... well that kinda compliment or statement of respect for an American business seems out of character?
It's not part of applicable socialist rhetoric, to respect an American corp? The kibutz, agrarian reform in SA, Castro ..... but these characters within the rn, they go from cordiality to the extreme .... but as you suggest perhaps they are purists. This small foreign faction, as revealed in the rn, are well mannered with their addresses and compliments, the exception to what I've seen.
