Seriously, isn't it? I think the defense is just delaying......maybe CMJA wants to make sure she's still in Estrella to compete in "Jail House Idol 2014".:shame:

You are too too funny.

And you are probably right.

That's so great to hear! I've not really ever had a dog (well childhood but I wasn't very involved) so this is kind of major. I'm shooting for Feb 2015 only cuz I'm taking a sabbatical to write a book believe it or not and if they have one I want the breeder is right on my way home from Seattle where I will be for a month. I just have to see what they have as I'm looking for a buff/apricot family male. I am so excited I'm reading up on dog training, found a place where they have classes very near me etc. etc. How did you train your dog in 3 days? What is her name?

I will be nauseating I'm sure on my blog about all of this but if you're so inclined you could follow me there (I also post about trials and other things) www.twoinnocents.com

I'd love to see a pic of your doggie.

IMO a cockapoo is a perfect choice for a newbie dog owner. And, yes - it was a huge decision after 15 years of not having a dog - so glad I jumped back in! We followed the advice of NOT using puppy pads when housetraining - some dog trainers feel that only encourages them to go in the house. IIRC the training involved consisted of giving them water and taking them out 20 minutes later and "encouraging" (meaning waiting - LOL) for them to go and high praise. Over and over until they learn. In the beginning we crated overnight. Cockapoos are so smart they just learn very quickly. We have had her six years now so am a little fuzzy on the real specifics. We did use dog gates to limit her to tile floors in the beginning. I bet websleuther Herding Cats could provide lots of advice.

And I wanted to mention - only one unplanned vet visit in the entire six years! And that was just for a "hot spot" she was scratching (our fault because we had taken her kayaking without rinsing off the salt water well enough.) Most cockapoos are very healthy. And no shedding. NONE!! I shed more than she does.:blushing:

Mine is a very curly black and white. I was walking her one day and heard a young couple behind me say "Look, a chia monster". (Remember those chia pets in what - the 70's?) She was due for a grooming. LMAO. The apricot / buff are gorgeous! Usually more wavy than curly. Very pretty! I will definitely be watching your blog!

I'll get a picture up - hubby's specialty!

Outta here til tomorrow.........will we really resume court?!?!?! Will be around for the morning session, have to go to a "eye doc" tomorrow afternoon, gah, the old peepers are starting to go out on me and I think this means "glasses".

Life...........it's an adventure!

Maybe she won't qualify because she's a convicted murderer now and in isolation?

What Charles Manson’s Future Mother-in-Law Thinks About Wedding

"The woman who might become Charles Manson's mother-in-law is concerned about her daughter's engagement but said she believes the mass murderer truly loves her daughter.
"He does. I think he does," Melissa Burton, 48, of Bunker Hill, Illinois, told ABC News this morning. "She has been good to him."
Manson has also been good to her daughter, Burton added...."

Sister of Slain Actress Crusades Against Manson

"Debra Tate, whose pregnant sister Sharon was slain in 1969 by the murderous followers of Charles Manson, has spent much of her life trying to divert attention from the cult leader and keep him in prison..."

Manson is an environmentalist? When is he gonna die?

What- does he want to rid the world of psychos like himself?

Bet this Star is going to write a book, "My life with a Psycho" and get her 15 minutes of "fame".

The older I become, the more I realize how much I don't really know people or something in the water/air? :scared::scared:

Just been wondering about the mystery person who the hard drive belonged to.
Wouldnt it be something if the scenerio was that Jodi just happened to run into one of her admirers during a visit that claimed to be good with computers and while she was her own attorney she gave the computer to him.

Then he proceeded to render it useless and broken so he tries to hide his mistake and gives up his own hard drive to get the computer working again. Then he gives everything back to defense and they have to turn it over to Juan after making false allegations about the *advertiser censored*.

Getting carried away with the what-ifs. :)

Oh for crying out loud...Jodi was involved in an incident that resulted in a death...

Everyone knows this was premeditated murder...not just an unfortunate incident that happened. You can bet your bottom dollar that if TA had killed her it would not be a mere incident, and he would have been on death row for years by now.

That site has to be her family's doing. Seriously, they know this was not just an incident and they are in this because there is money to be made, not because they care one whit about their devil spawn.

She sure was involved in it. That must have been quite an "incident" with over 20 stab wounds and a gunshot to someones head. That "incident" must have took quite awhile.

Yeah, 323 days are done, and in 42 days we'll be ringing in the new year, and no more holiday commercials

I don't know how or why... but I just had an image flash through my head of Jodi performing a dramatic rendition of "Let It Go" at her next allocution. Of course she'd change it to "Let Me Go" and make a few other little adjustments to the lyrics.

I hope someone will be able to step up and help. Thanks. :blowkiss:

I am looking at my 4 month old grandson as he curls into his afghan in his swing with his stuffed mouse for his morning nap. I am content to know she will never have this experience. But a live mouse in her cold thin cot would make me giggle!
