- NG: how far to sleepover (mom: 4-5 blocks)
- NG: what happened that day?
--- mom: went missing on Monday while I was at work
--- my BF got there at 3:00, saw Hailey, said going to Dad's, then (friend's) house
--- didn't get worried that night when H didn't call, wish she had, but still didn't get upset
--- leaves cell phone at home next day for kids to use when she's at work
--- told son to call Hailey
--- he called back and said she didn't go there
--- mom called dad, found out she wasn't there
--- left work immediately

Billie: hailey had 4 to 5 blocks to walk. BF came home said Hailey went to friends. Not worried in evening thought she was there. Next day around lunch called son. No Hailey. Called dad and then went to police station.

BF got home at 3pm and was going to dad's then to her GF house.
They thought she was at girl friends
Tues mom called son to get Hailey to come home and said son calls mom and says hailey was never at the girlfriend's house............

some people around lunch time Monday saw Hailey talk on phone outside.

a neighbor saw her talking on a cell phone on Mon??? at noon

....mom: some neighbors saw her in back yard talking on the cell phone around lunchtime
- NG: BF home around 3:00?
- NG: between 12 -3:00, did anyone else see her? (just neighbor on phone)
- NG: so no one else saw her walking outside.
