Found Deceased TX - Kaiden Kriger, 3, last seen noon at Children's Lighthouse at Alamo Ranch, suspect Savannah Kriger 32, may be armed, San Antonio, 18 Mar 2024

She had a TRO and filed for a Protection order against her husband sooooo I would guess she was the victim. But I also know divorces can carry false allegations

Someone capable of murdering their own child could also be capable of assault. I would have to know definitively from the police report to form an opinion on that.

They are likely looking more closely at Savannah. Depending on the gun, there are certain trajectories a bullet can take if it is shot by the person or made to look like the person shot it. A person can not physically self-inflict some shots. And, even if her hand was forced to shoot the gun, there will be evidence of that.
There is likely many more intricate forensic tests that can help determine if the shot was made by the person and if willingly or forced, as well as if another person shot the gun alone.
The fact that they are still working on Savannah indicates they are looking deeper into the idea it wasn't a suicide, at least to say they have eliminated it.

Records show that Savannah had filed for divorce from her husband on March 7, and with that, a temporary restraining order. Less than a day after their disappearance, Savannah Kriger and her son Kaiden were discovered in a heartbreaking turn of events. https://bit.ly/3x73oT7

I think I know which comment you're referring to, and you have to consider the source. No one else - even LE - is saying that so far.

Bexar County Sheriff Salazar said in a news conference on Tuesday officials are suspecting murder-suicide in the case.

Not sure what you're trying to say, but LE has said what I was inferring. I haven't formed an opinion on the details of "why" that may have happened, if true.

A little info on the vigil held for Savannah and Kaiden last night, and a piece of info indicating that Kaiden did, in fact, have a doctor's appointment as Savannah had indicated, that they never made it to.

She looked like a loving mother.
So terribly sad for that little boy. I have 2 boys and I just can’t imagine harming them in anyway (all though sometimes in my head I’d like to shake the you know what out of my 14 year old)!
