Says a customer came by and found the door locked even though it was during normal business hours. Another employee came and unlocked the door and found her deceased inside. I drove past around 11 tonight and there was still a bit of police activity inside. I wonder how much lead time this guy got?
I'm a bit confused the news reports say after Mom was found dead Saturday afternoon, yesterday (13th)
But the AA says missing since 12th http://www.missingkids.com/poster/AMBER/11690/8288/screen Plus I saw it under a google search that says this
AMBER Alert: Have you seen this child? Ricardo Lara

2 days ago - The suspect, Ricardo Lara Martinez, is believed to be involved in the child's abduction. The suspect was last heard from in Denton, Texas
So did they have a 24 hour head start? Or was Ricardo reported missing on Friday? If so by whom?

Sheriff, jail and courthouse are literally two blocks away. Denton is NOT a huge town. This guy had to have known he was ' allegedly' committing a murder that close to big concentrations
of LEO's.
Look just to the east of the location of the business where mom was found.
Nope, the AA came out last night about 8 or 9 pm, CST. So my guess is that mom's not been seen since Friday and when they found her at work and realized the boy was missing, they realized hes' been missing over 24 hrs. Yes that's a big head start. I wonder why they feel he is still in Denton area?
This is my best guess as to the differing time lines. That once they found her and realized how long it had been , they wanted people to know the baby has been missing many hours BEFORE anyone actually was aware he was missing.
Since the 911 call was about 5p there is a M.E. determination that might lend a clue as to the approx TOD... that would be 1 scenario on stating he had been missing hours before the 911 call was made..
