April Jones hunt: Dyfed-Powys Police to give update
Supt Ian John, who is leading the investigation for Dyfed-Powys Police, will give the latest on the hunt later on Wednesday and read a statement from April's parents.
April was last seen near her home in Machynlleth, Powys on 1 October and a man has been charged with her murder.
An extensive search has continued, but she has not yet been found

April Jones search: Home Office grant to help £2m investigation
Police searching for missing April Jones look set to be given a grant from the Home Office to continue the hunt.
The cost of the investigation into the five-year-old's disappearance is now expected to top £2m.
The Home Office said it had agreed in principle to give a special grant to support the search, which officers say will continue.

Search for missing schoolgirl April Jones to continue in the New Year
Coral Jones, 40, said she "hadn't stopped crying" today in a poignant message posted on Facebook message to mark three months since the five year-old's disappearance.
"I can't stop crying today, I've been doing some house work and I've come across some of April things and pictures," she wrote. "I love you so much April, please if you are that person out there who knows please come forward."
Mrs Jones also shared a Christmas picture of the missing schoolgirl smiling happily in front of presents.

Bridger 'probably killed' April
Former lifeguard Mark Bridger is "probably responsible" for the death of five-year-old April Jones but denies her abduction and murder, a court has been told.
Bridger, of Mount Pleasant farmhouse in the village of Ceinws, near Machynlleth, will stand trial later this year accused of murdering April, who went missing in mid-Wales last year.

The trial, which it is estimated would take around four weeks, was listed to begin on February 25.

Former lifeguard Mark Bridger is 'probably responsible' for the death of five-year-old April Jones, who went missing in mid Wales last year, a court heard today.
But he pleaded not guilty to her murder and abduction in a hearing at Mold Crown Court this morning.
Mr Justice Griffith-Williams said in court: 'You have indicated that the defendant's case is that he was probably responsible for the death of April.'

April Jones: Charity fund for missing five-year-old raises £61,000
A charity fund set up after five year-old April Jones disappeared from Machynlleth in Powys has now raised £61,000.
The nine trustees to administer April's Fund, chaired by the Reverend Kathleen Rogers, have also been appointed.
April disappeared on 1 October last year while playing near her home and has never been found.

Coral and Paul Jones of Machynlleth, who asked people to wear pink ribbons as a sign of faith that April will be found alive, have said they will not give up on their daughter until she is found.
Now the couple have asked wellwishers across the globe to release pink balloons on April 4 to mark the little girl’s sixth birthday.

April Jones: Family to release balloons on missing girl's sixth birthday
The family of April Jones, who has been missing for more than six months, are marking her sixth birthday by releasing balloons near her home.
A massive police search has taken place for April since she disappeared from her estate in Machynlleth, Powys.
Her family have invited the community to Bryn y Gog green, where she used to play, to mark her birthday on Thursday.
He is due to stand trial at Mold Crown Court on 29 April.

The jury in the trial of Mark Bridger, the man accused of abducting and murdering April Jones has been sworn in.
Bridger, 47, of Ceinws, is charged with abducting and killing the five-year-old April on October 1 last year. He is also accused of perverting the course of justice by illegally disposing of her body. He denies the charges.
At Mold Crown Court today, a panel of nine women and three men was officially sworn in ahead of the trial which could last up to seven weeks.
The prosecution has started setting out its case today.

But Brendan Kelly QC told the jury there were inconsistencies in her evidence.
Mr Bridger has said he accidentally knocked April down with his Land Rover Discovery but cannot remember what he did with her body because he "panicked" and was drinking heavily.

A hearing will be held in Welshpool on Monday, in preparation for a full inquest in the town at a later date.
Mark Bridger, 47, was given a whole life sentence in May, after being convicted of her abduction and murder.
