They found her in the fields close to where her clothes were found. If she ran away and headed up to the cliffs where she felt safe she may have been suffering from hypothermia as it was raining. That would explain why she took her clothes off. She may have walked a bit further down the hill before collapsing.

poor lass.

Yes, my gut reaction now is that she had a one nighter with PE, got a bit cut up that he didn't contact her back, she tried to confront him and got nana instead and told her but she didnt believe her because of her previous, then she ran off and died eventually of hypothermia. PE acting shifty because of his night with someone much younger, RE acting shifty because of the conversation/argument about it in her house wasn't disclosed. Not sure where N fits in though...

Surely must have been hidden from view.
The footpath along that part of the cliffs is right next to a steep drop. She would only have to slip in the wet mud and slide down the hill into the bushes below. You wouldn't spot her from the path or from a drone.

Have they confirmed that?

eta - it's ok I've just seen it says near the coastal path and the field where items of her clothing were located on Thursday 16 November.
The police statement said she was discovered by specialist search teams near the coastal path and the field where items of her clothing were located. They were only searching in the field below the area where the clothes were discovered and a couple fields to the west of that.

Nobody wants to be known as the last person to see her alive... you're automatically the prime suspect. MOO

Jesus Christ. It appears a very poorly girl with mental health issues has probably commuted suicide.

When you're in the grip of that sort of illness no real motive is needed.

I feel sorry for the Elsley's they're being hounded like this.

I can't think of single reason why this doesn't fit perfectly. Of course someone trying to cover up murder would know that too but this is far more plausible to me now

DM quoting LE as saying the death is being treated as unexplained, which is what they usually say when they dont suspect foul play.

its all so sad.
