Ok - it seems 10 got through that last group here they are (and I'll put this in the sticky too)

1. 4053 - no hardship; yes heard of case; formed no opinion - was instructed to call employer about being paid reported back that will not be paid - was excused

2. 4046 - no hardship; has NOT heard of case; has NOT formed an opnion

3. 4013 - no hardship; yes heard of case; formed no opinion - was instructed to call employer about being paid reported back will be paid - so is still in

4. 4191 - no hardship; yes heard of case; formed no opinion

5. 4156 - no hardship; yes heard of case; formed no opinion

6. 4023 - no family, financial, medical hardship; yes has heard of case; formed no opinion

7. 4083 - I don't know what happened here - I don't have this one excused but also have no notes either I'm thinking this is the AWOL attorney. I have the AWOL atty as 4380 - but I could have transposed, this went down quick and it was a challenge to keep up. We'll have to watch and seereported back said he misunderstood instructions at lunch; neither SA or DT wanted to question - he was officially excused - and his number was 4083

8. 4192 - no hardship; has NOT heard of case; has formed no opinion

9. 4060 - no hardship; no hardship; yes has heard of case; formed no opinion

10. 4123 - no hardship; yes has heard of case; formed no opinion

So there is our next 10 - for tomorrow.

THIS IS A SPECIAL REPORT - WE'LL RESUME REGULAR POSTING IN JUST A BIT!!

Sorry to quote myself but I'm now double-checking notes - so you can see in red above. So, we either have another 9 or 10 - depending on the confusion with 4380 & 4083

THIS HAS BEEN A SPECIAL REPORT - WE WILL NOW RESUME REGULAR POSTING

Death Penalty: *does not have any problems applying the rules as read by HHJP to this case; *Has no issues with the DP. *PJ says she has two sons around the same age as ICA and if they were in the same situation as her she would hope that the jury would use the facts to decide on the DP. Says she will do the same. *Would have no problem recommending a sentence of death or LWOP if she felt it was warranted. *5 on AF's scale *would try to sway the other jurors in favor of whatever her opinion was, *media should "def. not" influence her opinion.
