I know there is a rule out thread, there simply has to be.
However, the search function didn't have any more luck finding it than I did.

So, if we don't have them all in one place, I think it would be a lot of help if we had a rule out thread.

Please contribute if you wish. Mods, if for some reason this isn't allowed...you know the drill. :)

I have started with Namus, working backwards from the present.

It would be helpful if we could put the organization that the rule out info was obtained from and their number for the case, so it can be located at the source, if necessary.
