Unraveled: new LISK podcast with Chris Loeb interviews

Have you heard the three LISK episodes on Her-Community2 Podcast?

downloading now - i did get about halfway through newsdays 7 part expose and saw a ton of big names...

im still looking into the oheka basement - Eastern Military said they closed the under ground tunnels that lead to cold springs harbor to use as a shooting range. Whatever it was, it certainly sounds like its a dungeon now.

No but over the last two weeks or so ive watched old footage and docs and its interesting to refresh on what was missed in the unraveled doc. Also highly recommend LISK podcast if you already arent tuning in.
I like doing that too! Thanks for the reply :)

I just listened to the first episode, it is too into conspiracy theories to my taste, have to give up

Just finished unraveled. The more I learn, and hear about LISK,and the corruption on LI the more I'm Convinced it's a group of sick powerful LE men and a guy with a party house ( Not just one killer) all in cahoots with each other. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. I believe Shannon's fear during the 911 call was legit. MOO

I remember reading that the LISK podcast (not unraveled, just “LISK”) was supposed to start up again this month. I checked their Twitter and saw they said it’d be delayed until this summer. I also saw someone in the replies saying they wanted answers to why the hosts of unraveled “pretended” to go to james Burke’s house and that the one shown wasn’t really his house. I mentioned that host AL told me they really did go to his house! And maybe they just showed a different house on the documentary for privacy/legal purposes?

People don't often trade in the cheaper cost of residential ownership payments for the higher cost of rent. Especially if they can continue to use the property and collect rental income but anything is possible I suppose.
You’re absolutely right: most people don’t do that. But someone who works in real estate might, assuming that the purpose of the sale is not necessarily to generate income.

Well why would Burke be holding onto evidence from other cases and bringing it home with him? Wouldn’t you think it should be left at the station at the end of the day? Why would the cheif have evidence bags in his car? There had to be something in the video that clued CL into knowing that these items belonged to Burke. Why would a butt plug be confiscated? It’s not a crime to own one. It’s also not a crime to own *advertiser censored*, So long as it’s adults. Perhaps they were put in evidence bags as a cover
In case anyone opened his bag. Didn’t he have a girlfriend at that time? Also, why would they charge him with sex related crimes? Obviously the tapes or dvd’s were destroyed when they raided CL’s home. Again, not illegal to own DVD’s with adults engaging in sexual activity. I don’t k ow whether or not CL Is telling the truth it lying but just trying to throw out some other ideas.

I also questioned how he would know the woman’s profession from what he viewed. Clearly there are many details missing but the reason could be a matter if defamation and libel. There could be more details on that but he didn’t say. He could’ve heard something being said in the film or something to that nature. Maybe he made an assumption based on the clothes the girl was wearing (if any) or maybe he just thinks Burke is the killer and now assumes she was a sex worker. Wonder what he thought back when he found the tapes.

I listened to this podcast and I have a bunch of concerns and questions.

1. This Chris character says he stole these items out of the car and that they were in evidence bags. EVIDENCE BAGS. If they're Burke's possessions, why are they in evidence bags? It sounds like he stole evidence in another case and likely ruined their chances of getting justice. I refuse to celebrate that.

2. Burke wasn't charged with any kind of sex-related crimes. He was charged with violating Chris's civil rights, and with obstruction of justice. And he plead guilty to those charges without a trial. There's no public record stating who those tapes actually belong to.

3. Chris says the videos were of sex workers being killed. How do you know it's a sex worker if you don't know the person in the film? How do you know the person died and it's not just some kind of movie production. How much detail can you get in 2 mins? Again, he says he found it in an evidence bag. Something about this seems off to me.

4. If you check out Chris Loeb's Facebook, he sure is enjoying all the attention he's getting.

5. The burden of proof in a criminal proceeding is higher than the burden of proof in civil proceedings. The fact that Chris win a civil suit doesn't really mean much to me. There's no video proof it happened. The Cops that flipped their stories either lied originally or lied later which means they're not credible. Whose to say they didn't get a profit for their trouble?

At the end of the day, what does any if this have to do with the LISK case? From this viewpoint it just looks like a bunch of people that are trying to get famous to launch their podcasting careers.

I just went back and listened. To clear things up. Chris says he watched tbe dvd for 2 minutes. There was a guy with a mask on torturing a girl, a prostitute she was tied behind her back there was makeup running down her face she was scared to death and it “looked like they were going to kill her…that’s what it looked like TO ME. then the man interviewing him says “It was a snuff film?” As if he were asking Chris. The answer is not heard. Chris himself did not say it Was a snuff film. Also the evidence bag with drugs was not in the duffel bag when he found it.

You gotta hear this Loeb interview where he finally describes what he saw on the dvd found in JB's duffel bag. Just wow.

Perhaps CL maybe knew the girl in the video but didn’t want to say to protect her if they already knew each other and knew she was a prostitute or known escort? Just a thought.
