This article says Hill is the one who drove him to the Fullwood's home. So she should be held accountable for all of it IMO.

The couple was spotted about 12:30 p.m. by Elko County Commissioner Demar Dahl, who was flying his private plane spotting cattle. But when he noticed a young man and woman walking in a remote area, he called law enforcers.

"That pilot of that aircraft knew we were looking for people," said West Wendover Police Sgt. David Wiskerchen.

The couple was spotted in a remote area about five miles off of I-80 near Oasis, Nev. They were about two miles from the Big Springs Ranch. When officers approached, the couple were carrying unknown objects that officers ordered them to throw to the ground.

Atwood spoke with her daughter Wednesday. Hill claims that she is innocent and told her mother she is shocked by the charges against her. She told her mother that Logan McFarland beat her up badly. When she tried to get away to a farmhouse nearby, he knocked her down, held a gun to her and told her she'd die if she escaped.

He was also charged with purchase, transfer or use of a firearm by a restricted person, a third-degree felony, for an unspecified Jan. 4 event. He was also charged Friday with altering the number on a pistol or revolver, a class A misdemeanor, on Dec. 30.


Boudreaux is facing six charges, all related to unspecified events on Dec. 29 or 30 in Sanpete County: aggravated burglary of a dwelling, a first-degree felony; obstructing justice, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of stolen property, second-degree felonies; possession or use of a controlled substance, a third-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, a class A misdemeanor.


Flores faces the same six charges as Boudreaux. He was also charged with two counts of possession or use of a controlled substance, a class B misdemeanor.

The possession or use of a controlled substance crimes occurred Jan. 1, the charges state.

For his participation in a Utah-to-Nevada crime spree, Logan W. McFarland, 26, is behind bars at Ely State Prison following a February trial and conviction...

Hill never went to trial. Instead, the 28-year-old Utah woman took a plea deal and was sentenced up to 31 years in prison for first-degree kidnapping, burglary and robbery. She appealed the sentence, arguing it was too steep, but the Nevada Supreme Court affirmed District Judge Nancy Porter’s decision in June.

Prosecutors are hoping that Logan McFarland, 26, will be in a Utah courtroom in the next month or two. McFarland was charged in May with aggravated murder in the deaths of Woody and Ann Fullwood. His arrest on charges in Nevada is what has kept him from coming to trial in Utah...

From day one, McFarland has said he would fight extradition, but he has nearly run out of options to avoid it. “We do expect to hear from the state of Nevada in the next couple of weeks,” said Brody Keisel, Sanpete County attorney.

Once in Utah, the murder case will also take time, affording McFarland’s defense adequate time to prepare. "We are seeking the death penalty, so it will require a Rule-8 qualified lawyer. He can either hire one, or one will be provided by the state,” Keisel said.

Sanpete County Attorney Brody Keisel said recently that the extradition is "becoming closer to reality," and that the governors of both states have signed an executive agreement allowing McFarland to be moved to Utah. Keisel said he is awaiting a call that could come "any day" regarding when the defendant will be moved.

The suspected shooter, Logan McFarland, had his initial appearance Wednesday in Sixth District Court in Manti after spending almost three years in Nevada, where he was serving time and coordinating court procedures for a crime spree that took place shortly after he reportedly murdered the Fullwoods...

Hill has not yet been extradited to Utah, though she is expected to be soon.

McFarland will appear again in court March 11 before Judge Marvin Bagley.
