For now, I am flagging this as Identified because it isn't clear whether LE stumbled upon these two cases before or after Houston Mom's submission. I was on to this three years ago, but I can't claim the match because I didn't call it in.

That was a mistake. I messed up on his first name (David, not Robert). I corrected it (both in my post and in your reply).

I know, it was just kind of cute. I think that's where my brain would have also gone with the last name Stack.

Great work guys! another case where some of the vitals on the UID and the missing person are a little off (UID weight - 170/ David's weight - 155; UID height - 5'9/ David's height - 6'), but seeing the recon it was hard to deny the match.
