Hoping she's found quickly. Heartache can be the end of the world at that age.

A friend just told me that her grandpa said she took 2 pills in the morning and one at night. I haven't had time to read all of the articles. She's fortunate if she only takes 2 or 3 pills.

I'm going out on a limb here but I can't see her leaving to commit suicide. At 13 years old yes I know at any age it happens but, she made these suicide threats when she was upset over a guy, I wonder if when she gets angry enough with anyone like parents etc if she has not said she would just kill herself!! Most likely yes and it's impulsive threats and manipulation to get what she wants... Now even if it is not a threat and she really is upset over the guy, I imagine she has thought about it in her mind just how sad it would be and how sorry and broken up when he finds out even as much as fantasizing how he would react at her funeral saying that is the case and she was upset enough to go through with it, I don't see her sneaking out to do so. I dont think she has the maturity to think about her family and not doing that in their home and how will they cope. I'm just saying with her being so young I can't imagine her running off alone where she may not ever be found to do that.
We see this more with adults.
I can see her running away or meeting someone she may have thought was a teenager too. I can even go with someone taking her from her room.
But with all the years I worked with preteens and teens I have found that girls are so dramatic and fantasize unrealistically about most things in life during these years, mostly because of what they watch and read.
Sorry if my post sounds crazy and I know I'm way off sometimes and not on point. It's just my opinion why I don't see the suicide aspect

She has two different FB profiles... https://www.facebook.com/madison.lovell.750 (Nicole Madison Lovell) has a last post made on October 23. By November 8th, she had switched FB accounts to https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100010565145237 (Nicky Maddie Lovell). The last post on that account was January 26th. Wonder why the account switch happened, this is a random guess but maybe a way to prevent a stalker from finding her (by using a short version of her name instead of her legal name)?

She also has two Instagram accounts: https://www.instagram.com/nicole_madison_lovell/ is private, and https://www.instagram.com/nicky_maddie_lovell_15114/ is public. Weird.

Edit: https://www.instagram.com/p/_GSexstrZA/ interesting post...wonder what sparked that.

Edit 2: http://mingle2.com/user/view/12846335 Eesh. E-mailed BPD with this one, hope they are able to see who if anyone contacted her through here.

Family says missing Blacksburg teen's organs could be shutting down

Lovell's parents say they are frantic with worry that she won't be found in time. When Lovell was ten months old, she had a liver transplant. She takes twice daily medications to keep her body from rejecting the liver. "Without those medications, organs are going to start shutting down and it's going to be bad. And she knows, Nicole knows she relies on those medications to live. So it's getting down to the wire. She's sick wherever she is," explained her step mom Terri Lovell.

Lovell's dad David said he hopes they find her soon. "She's been without her medications for three days, and I know that we're in a situation where if she doesn't get her medications and get it fast, that you know, my daughter is going to die," he said.

Because of the unique situation, Blacksburg police have people searching around the clock. They've also called in help from various local agencies, state police and even the FBI.Virginia Tech's Army Corp of Cadets is also helping to search for the teen.

Police aren't sure yet if Lovell is a runaway, or if there was foul play involved, so they're investigating all options.

They have gotten a lot of tips from the community, which they say is really helping.

"Right now I'm scared to death," said David Lovell. He's watching the clock - precious seconds passing by without his daughter Nicole.

The longer she's away, the longer she's without medication she takes after a liver transplant.

"At this point, I know she is sick. She's hurting. She's probably already into convulsions. Her liver is shutting down as we speak. Wherever she is," Lovell said.

Her social media accounts are silent. Nothing has been posted by her since she left.
David says he's passing along information her friends have found online to investigators.

Interview with her father, has a video as well.

Missing Blacksburg teen's father begs for her safe return

"There are things coming through. Me and my wife are digging. My daughter, Nicole's half sister in Ohio is trying harder than anybody," Lovell said.

And so are police and search teams in Blacksburg. Friday they continued walking streets near her home, searching social media, and have used drones, looking for any clues.

Dang to have a old myspace account blows my mind...being 13 now what was she 5 or 6 when she had it? MySpace hasn't been the cool thing in about 7 or 8 years??? I was trying to stay positive about parental supervision but this literally blows my mind!!!!

The thoughts & opinions stated above are that, MY random thoughts & opinions.

Since there doesn't appear to be any previous history of running away, I suspect this girl didn't plan on being gone for longer than a day. Whoever she made plans with, she likely did it through social media and/or her phone, and LE need to get in there (phone records and SM accounts) yesterday and track down who she was talking to last. Whoever THAT is, knows exactly where she is.

Bald truth is often offensive, and I'm sorry it came off as unsympathetic. I'm no 10 myself, and growing up I watched the behavior of girls who our culture considers beautiful (it's different in every culture), and they were much more able to resist flattering male attention, as a rule. For her to put that post about am I cute and then get naah, that's hurtful. I don't know why girls do that, because that old Am I Hot Or Not was about the most painful thing I ever saw. Guys, as long as they looked fun and healthy, always got a "hot", and women had to be smoking gorgeous to get a "hot". Can't imagine putting myself up for that scrutiny from strangers.

Anyway, if it's true what they're saying about medication being dire at this point, this is looking more and more grim.

The value of a girl isn't dependent - imho - on how pretty she is. But when you have read thousands of missing kids cases, you can begin to categorize them into what is most likely to happen, and who is most vulnerable in certain situations, etc.

And yes, that truth is offensive. Don't think it's dangerous though - just the opposite. Knowledge is power.

I understand what you are saying/ I used to work in a middle school. We had a few scary incidents with girls meeting up with idiots they met online. It was never the prettiest, most popular girls that were lured away like that. They had enough attention in real life.

It was the girls who felt ignored at school, who felt less popular, that were the most at risk. They were the ones that were home alone in their rooms, looking at online chat dating forums. Sad but true.

I suspect she expected to be home before anyone woke up in the morning.

After thinking about this, I feel she is in someone's home. She is not outside in the cold. Of course, that doesn't help the medical situation she is in.

If she is in doors, how does LE find her? Either she has to decide to go home, or the boyfriend has to get her home or man up and call 911.

I think I am obsessed with this case! The heartbreak her parents are going thru knowing that every minute is closer to irreversible problems in her body, is difficult to handle.

This a REAL medical emergency! Lately too many Missing fliers are saying Medically Challenged in my opinion.

My opinions only.

I know. It's scary. Add to that, this girl has such significant health issues that don't allow her to stray away for a bit. I really feel such pain for her family - after having gone through a liver transplant, and worrying themselves sick over that whole difficult procedure, she's now disappeared. My head is in my hands. UGG, WHERE ARE YOU NICHOLE?

My goodness, after reading more and more of her posts online social media etc. I hope she is just angry and hiding out. Otherwise no telling what kind of sicko could have her. I would never believed from the conversations she was that young but anyone can see she is by her photo and as advanced as she is in language and socializing behind a computer she is just a little girl one that is prey for these monsters in the world. I pray that if she met a "boy" online and agreed to meet him, that he really is just another teenager.
Maybe her attempt at being too grown up caused conflict with her family?
