CD's family will have a press conference at 7:30 tonight according to the City of Mountlake Terrace.

Thank you for that link. According to that article, she forgot her work/security badge at home.

This is getting a lot of local attention. Isn't there a police station kind of close to that parking lot too?

Yes, the police station is pretty close.

I wonder if she met up with someone else, and they were going to give her a ride to work?
Maybe she planned to meet someone…(not the co-worker in the articles though.. maybe someone else?)
Her car was left in an area that if she took a bus back from work she could easily get to her car.
Why would she leave her car in that area if she didn't want to return back to her car?
IMOO.

So the update says her friend received "a text from CD's phone," rather than "from CD," as earlier reports said. Hmmm.

I wonder if her work badge is with her, or is in her car?

If something bad has happened to her then the badge will probably be with her, as it always was, as the text was probably not from her and not true about forgetting it.
She just 'looks' as though she wouldn't harm a fly or cause anyone any offence and I cannot imagine why anyone would want to cause her any harm.

And if the text wasn't from her, who would know to text her friend that she wouldn't be meeting the friend and would take a bus instead?

That press conference should be starting pretty soon.

Does anyone know if it will be live on MSM?

"Updated February 10, 2016 at 7:30 pm"

"Police obtained a search warrant to look in the vehicle, a 1988 Subaru Legacy, only to find a book, Caw said."

"Investigators have not recovered DeBoer’s purse."

Snipped by me... "records indicate DeBoer did not use her ORCA pass for a bus ride that morning, though she could have used cash."

Is it correct that her husband doesn't seem to be participating in the presser? I just checked the twitter feed.

I believe Steve Raible said "Her family remains silent as the police plead for the public's help" at the beginning of the clip.

The conference that I am listening to now mentioned that her son and husband are too grief stricken to talk.

I found the "Missing: Cheryl DeBoer," page on Facebook. A couple of interesting comments. Also, quite a few people asking how they can help. I love the Seattle area! Great people.

I'm feeling sad, though. This sounds ominous.

Completely O/T, but I remember when Steve Raible played for the Seahawks.
