Just two out of so many missing.

a fluke?
There are far to many examples, for it to be a fluke.
For there are many that want to come home.
And sometimes, we are there only way.

To fish here, hunt this way, dig here, swim here.

The young couple, experience car trouble after a long journey.
the man gets out and inspects the engine.
The woman gets out and leans against the guard rail for some fresh air.
As she glances below, she sees the little girl that has been missing for the past ten years, laying in the same spot for all those years.
The little girl, just wanted a ride home!

I mention the above, to always remind people, that when you go out on searches, remember the one your looking for, is not necessarily the one your going to find.
For there are others, who want to come home to.

That was nice, well said.

... died sometime between the 1960s to early 1990s.

The area where the body was found was cleared back in 2002, which could have made it an easy place to bury a body, Myers said.

Don't these two lines seem inconsistent? If it was an easier place to bury a body after the area was cleared, wouldn't that seem to imply that the body was buried after 2002?

I wonder if they mean that the bones might have been reburied?

They do seem inconsistent. I doubt if this is remains going back to the 60's. I will be very surprised if they are.

Kittitas County Sheriff's Office investigators are treating the case as a homicide and have requested the public's help in identifying the remains. Tips continue to come in, said sheriff's detective Andrea Blume, and the sheriff's office has received calls from as far away as the East Coast.
The King County Medical Examiner's Office is working on a facial reconstruction and sketch to provide an idea of what the woman might have looked like, Blume said. Dental records have been compiled and are in the system, but there have been no matches. Investigators are still waiting on DNA evidence, Blume said.

Undersheriff Clay Myers said the area where the remains were found was a popular place for recreation in the Upper County before it was cleared in 2002.
"From late ‘70s to early ‘90s was probably the heaviest use," Myers said.
It was used by hunters, ATV enthusiasts and dirt bike and motorcycle riders."

I'm glad to see that they are still pursuing this case... It seems like there are so many possibles for this poor victim...
