Byrne: He will tell you he certainly did not transport or carry his wife's body down the muddy slope to Kholo Creek. #badenclay @abcnews

That's a little "over-specific", but leaves open other scenarios...

Well the slope wasn't muddy at the time was it? Hadn't rained for a while... so it's technically true :)

Byrne says the doctor advised there were potential side effects. Only concerns people predisposed to mental health conditions. #badenclay

What a crock. (BBM)

The psych side effects of Lariam are common enough that it was withdrawn from use by the US military.

BBM - there's his excuse for the affair.

Yep exactly

12:16pm: Mr Byrne said Mr and Mrs Baden-Clay then obtained positions as volunteers with an international scouts organisation in Switzerland.

"You would understand why Gerard would be excited about that prospect because of his family background," Mr Byrne said.

Mr Baden-Clay is the great-grandson of scouting movement founder Lord Robert Baden-Powell.

During all this Allison never had 2 car accidents over a period of a few months.

Vomit. Here we go again.

Byrne says Allison, in Gerard's words, "desperately" wanted another child. Gerard didn't think it was a good idea. #badenclay

Byrne says Allison desperately wanted a son because there were no male Baden-Clays.

Byrne says "in the context of that background" Gerard had an affair with Michelle Hammond. #badenclay

I dont know how Mr and Mrs Dickie could sit there and listen to this dribble. Thinking of them today and everyday :grouphug:

So whatever he is saying, and was mouthed perfectly by his family to court, is not corroborated by anyone else. Plus we are talking more than 10 years ago. He himself said she was not into self-harm and was not depressed or suicidal on the day prior to her disappearance. The Prosecution's strategy is becoming clearer now.

Hang in their sleuthers, don't give up hope, he will do it to himself. Promise.
