The nice thing about the way things have gone is the jury will be much fresher on the states case than the defense, JMO.

Something tells me she might not rule in Jodi's favor thus exposing herself to the real possibility of being overturned by a higher court, because she doesn't really present herself as a kind of person who would take the most pragmatic route.

The safest bet for her in my humble opinion wound be to rule in Jodi's favor, dismiss this case, call for the entire-case retrial and let Jodi be someone else's pain in the *advertiser censored*. At least this is what I would have done if I had been stuck in her shoes.

All I will say is, thank God you aren't stuck in her shoes.

But...............she *may* be playing it safe, just in case. (Doubt the Supreme court will over rule the COA) But just what if? "Secret witnesses testify in public, other witnesses refuse, then the ASC says the COA was WRONG.
Trial is dead in the water.

Better to err on the side of caution, even if there's only a 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 1/2% of a chance that ASC will Not over rule the COA.

I've had a Trojan on my computer before, they are nasty in what destruction they will do to your computer. I no longer use that Desktop to access the internet anymore because it was turned into a slave and sending out e-mail viruses to people in my contact list, even ones I hadn't contacted in over 10 years! I got it from opening an e-mail I didn't recognize that got onto my computer.

After reading the article on Facebook's Juan Martinez concerning TA computer etc. I asked the IT person at the school I volunteer, some questions. This article was spot on. Also, when I asked him about the incinerator he looks at me and says that does not make any since unless it was by accident and of course on purpose which was done when the law was at your door.. why erase? The defense would not incinerate the *advertiser censored*, so my guess it is something TA wrote....Another thing we talked about was the *advertiser censored* in itself and his thought that that would be a big mistake for the defense anyway, unless it was child *advertiser censored*, because who cares.....I am sure there is at least one male on the jury who has looked at *advertiser censored*. He also said that once you have malware or a trojan on the computer you never get rid of it, it is always there unless you totally set fire to the hard drive. It literally cost thousands of dollars to erase any malware completely from the computer. I am betting the CD incident where TA suppose to slam it to the wall probably happened because this IT person said that is another thing that happened during that time, Was the sharing of CD's with the malware embedded onto the CD. My bet is CMJA knew that CD had this Malware on it and that was why TA was pissed.

No can do grammie, you have to file a motion for this change and based on the complexity of your request it will be weeks before a hearing can be scheduled to address this issue :giggle: . . . I am thinking/hoping mid February.

In addition, grammie, the motion, the hearing and the ruling will be sealed until after the verdict is reached. :cheers:

I don't see any way forward where the especially cruel lying torture murderess is sentenced prior to Summer of 2015.

And I'm serious as well.

I don't think we're anywhere near the end of LKN/JW/JA motions.

In fact, I believe counsel is billing the State for the time it takes to sit around and make them up.

I think this re-trial started out with JSKS feeling guilty about making LKN stay on the case, so she was secretly pulling for him.

But over time I believe she began to tire of JM while simultaneously developing personal feelings for JA.

And now she's overtly pulling for the murderess.

How do we know that in the all-too-frequent sidebars and private discussions in chambers, JSKS isn't suggesting (or at least strongly hinting at) additional motions which could be filed and/or rulings appealed?

That's a great question, one I've often thought about. If the jury doesn't do DP, how long do we wait for the judge to sentence her? Weeks, months?

I don't believe that at all. Because sidebars and stuff will be released in the future (as the original trial sidebar transcript were last year) and if it turns out that's what she did, I very much doubt she would be allowed even judging karoake competitions at her local bar.

I agree, it certainly seems that the DT are hoping JM loses focus on what needs to be crossed with the current outstanding "expert" witnesses by keeping him busy with these, imo, nothing but bs arguments/motions etc, to render the witnesses' very biased(largely due to lack of either the facts in the case, or expertise) testimonies useless in the DT's closing.
