ETA most prudent doctors offices that have an income are insured for the business in case the primary person passes away. We have yet to hear about the insurance coverage the business had ..and also she personally had for all the family if they were beneficiary for.

I have a strange question. I have never seen a mug shot where the perp did not have a shirt on to show bare chest. Not like it's the Chippendale photo :floorlaugh: . Is it related to what some of the folks are thinking.... to ensure which guy is which?

I once knew about this guy who was having an affair. Everybody called him Willie. But to the "other woman" he was known as Will. Also very subtle change with his last name, so to throw off his wife, using TT instead of RR and it worked. Don't feel comfortable giving his full last name.

Sorry...this guy had a last name with two RRs, and when with his girlfriend, he used his last name with two TTs.

Example: if his last name was brown, he would have used crown, to throw off his wife and the girlfriend. Hope this makes sense.

This map shows all Walmart stores located in Fort Myers ( the new Walmart in Estero just opened up last Wednesday, therefore not listed here). I included the Cape Coral (City of) stores as well:

You see how close the airport (Southwest International) is located. I am looking in particular at two Walmart stores (arrows), that are well visible and accessible from Interstate 75 and from US Route 41. Notice the proximity to the airport.

I am wondering if JR ( and possible CWW) stopped by at the airport to check out the Sievers van! They may have possibly removed (did they have a key?) something from the vehicle. The garage opener for the Sievers house?

With the garage opener they would be able to gain access to the house before Dr S returned home that Sunday late afternoon/night. Ample time to put on the jumpsuit(s), hairnet, shoes, whatever and to hide the dogs away.The dogs may have been familiar with CWW.

They would also have enough time to stage the break-in with the brought-in hammer. If they did the break-in afterwards (after the crime), they could not have not used the same hammer(JR's), unless they cleaned up the hammer, did the break-in and then took the hammer with them.

Before they left, they placed the garage opener back into the van. They may have made a mistake right here.

Breaking into the garage after Dr S had returned home would be just too risky. The dogs could have barked, she could have notified police.

Following her from the airport would have the advantage that they definitely knew she arrived by herself. But then there is the question again, when and how did they get in without alarming Dr S, the dogs and possibly the neighborhood.

Just my opinion of course.

Here is my take on this.
I think they were waiting for the entire family to come home and did not expect TS to arrive a day earlier. This altered their plans. and I think it is very possible MS and children are in protective custody!

Protective custody? If so, escorted by LE while he checks on the home each day?
I’d think the neighbors would notice if he was with someone other than the children as he comes and goes from the home each day.

I'm just taking a guess that with the money the Sievers seemed to have their vehicles had built in garage door openers (the Homelink system). We had the same minivan they had a few years ago and even with the mid level trim of the van we had Homelink in it. Then there would not be a garage remote that could be removed from the vehicle.

I think it was said previously that CWW used to be a security specialist. If so, I wonder if he has any past or present connection to the co that installed the siever's system. Maybe he came down to advise on the installation? It still seems to me that the side door was left without a camera intentionally. Also, please refresh my memory on who was present family/friend wise when the system was xhecked AFTER the murder. I thought it was a brother of one of the Sievers but is there a possibility it could have been CWW?

Maybe this is old news to y'all but I've been looking for evidence (okay, proof...I've been looking for proof) that WW was in FL during the time in question. I knew he told a relative (aunt, IIRC) prior to June 29th that he was going to Florida, to console Mark after Teresa's step-brother who resided in CT passed away. (Stop. Let that sink in slowly for a minute.)

Until now that was the only hint I could find that he might actually have been in Florida during the time.

Then I read this excerpt from news-press.com (Reporter quoting Teresa's sister, Annie Lisa)

Common sense says that if Lisa met WW a few days after her sister was murdered, that she met him in Florida. She darn sure had no reason to be in Missouri during those days.

I honestly can't recall any specific names but there have been plenty of cases where a FB page has disappeared within hours of a perp being arrested. I have never tried to delete my own FB page for obvious reasons, but I am pretty sure it is done by FB/Twitter/Instagram themselves.

Which is why WS'ers take screen shots all the time. This is a known issue.

An attorney may advise her client to remove damaging social media posts but the damage is already done. The defendant can "delete" their account, but FB keeps records of "old" pages, deleted FB messages. No need for screenshots, rest assured. I'm working on a RICO case (defense) and just yesterday I reviewed close to 100pgs of FB evidence (provided by FB to LE) on our client. LE just loves FB. Same goes for Twitter.

This is great info, thank You! I'm assuming if JR did have a older FB account (that was deleted) the LE will be able to retrieve it.
