Rape allegations mount against Bill Cosby #3

Hmm, isn't it more like 50 accusers? Or more?

lol.. Exactly. I'm still reading media burps such as, "Two dozen accusers." "At least 20 accusers." "30 accusers." "35 accusers." "40 accusers maybe more!" The media is just plain ridiculous at times.

Maybe sometimes it depends on the phrasing? There are more than four dozen women who say he's a creepy guy but if you're talking about women accusing him of rape or women accusing him of drugging them you can't say more than 50 since they didn't all accuse him of rape or drugging.

12 Shocking Celebrity Net Worths

11. Bill Cosby

Bill Cosby’s net worth is an astonishing $400 million! We all know him from “The Cosby Show” but there is no way a sitcom from the 80’s amassed all $400 million for him.

...He still makes royalties on reruns being shown on TV over and over again.

...But where he made the bulk of his fortune was from endorsement deals from corporate giants like Coca Cola, Ford, Kodak, and of course, J-E-L-L-O pudding.

...At least he will be able afford to pay the legal fees..

Just got back from the supermarket. The Enquirer's headlines say Cosby had his son murdered because he was going to reveal his sex crimes.

The sad part is, as outlandish as this sounds, I wouldn't be surprised to find out it is true.

Same here. We will never know though.

Yes, I agree that it does sound outlandish but you're right - after all that has come out about America's Dad, i wouldn't put anything past him.

I remember how there was such disbelief when all these rape/sexual assault stories started coming out in full force....It's good to see how the tide has turned to the victims' favor and against BC. Sad that it took so long though.

I don't know if it's true or not (seems too outlandish for me to believe), but once you're a proven LIAR, then people no longer believe anything you say. That's why you don't lie.

"Kenan Thompson says Bill Cosby told him he’s ‘going to need two d---- because women are going to be all over you’"

So...this returns me to the question of WHY Cosby drugged the women and had sex with them when they were out of it? There were plenty of women who would willingly have sex with him - why the need to knock them out?

He was into defiling women. That's why.

IMO, Cosby was behaving as a rapist so the crimes he perpetrated were not to relieve his sexual tensions but to reinforce his sense of power.

Therefore, when Cosby drugged someone so that she neither knew what is happening to her body nor what later happened to it, when the paralytic effects of the drugs prevent her from protecting herself physically, when the ill effects of the drugs cause her to be nauseous, when she has trouble remembering events, when she cannot match your financial resources, then his sense of power of women was complete.

He was, again IMO, performing an act of dehumanization. He was changing a vibrant, young woman into a mannequin who had no choice, no chance for objection, no opportunity to beg for mercy. He could touch her and, again IMO, by not mutilating or injuring her in some brutal way, he could actually reinforce his image of himself as being kind or benevolent or generous.

In previous posts, I mentioned how disturbing I found parts of Julia Leigh's 2011 movie, Sleeping Beauty, to be. The film is an examination of somnophilia or sleeping princess syndrome in a kind of case study of a young woman who becomes involved with people pandering to clients with that particular orientation. A young woman's willingness to participate in sexual acts was not a requirement. Rather, it was a young woman's willingness to sleep through someone's sexual or nonsexual use of her body, to awaken without knowing what happened as she slept.

I would imagine that in Cosby's case, he also derived some sense of power and satisfaction from witnessing his victims' confusion and fear when they "woke up", and when they realized that there was little, if anything, they could do to prove what he had done.

That man is one sick puppy.

Bill Cosby’s List of Accusers Grows by 3

By SYDNEY EMBERSEPT. 30, 2015

Three more women came forward on Wednesday with accusations against Bill Cosby, adding their names to a list of accusers who say Mr. Cosby drugged or assaulted them. The lawyer Gloria Allred introduced the women at a news conference in Los Angeles.

Ms. Allred, who represents more than 20 of Mr. Cosby’s accusers, said it was too late for the women to take legal action because the statute of limitations had expired. But, she said, “these three courageous women want Mr. Cosby to be accountable for what they believe was his misconduct towards them.”

Wonder exactly what "accountable" means. There is a civil suit. Would money to a victim do it? Cosby's reputation is toast, and he won't be working anywhere soon. IMO Camille needs to seek a divorce before Cosby's fortune is divided among his accusers. What positive reason is there for her to stick by him now? If it's love, IMO it was a strange way to envision it as a two-way street.

The three women will not "be the last to speak out about their accusations against Mr. Cosby," civil-rights attorney Gloria Allred said Wednesday in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.

The National Enquirer story seems more than a little iffy... Apparently there's an unpublished book in which Autumn Jackson's aunt said Autumn Jackson said Cosby "might" have got a hitman because Ennis found out about her. If she had any evidence to back this up it's apparently not very clearly spelled out.

Now, The National Enquirer reports that Jackson's aunt, Jewel Star, has written a book entitled Bill Cosby's Love Child that she's currently shopping to publishers.

The book makes the shocking claim that Cosby orchestrated the murder of his son Ennis as part of his attempt to bury the allegations made by Upshaw.

Jackson was arrested just two days after Ennis was murdered by a Ukrainian immigrant with no ties to the 27-year-old.

In the book, Star quotes Jackson as saying, “Cosby might have had Ennis murdered because he had found out about me."

Star says she believes that Cosby sent "a hitman" to murder her as well, but settled for simply having her arrested and imprisoned.

Wendiesan
, thank you for such an informative post. BC is a complete creepazoid who needs to be taken out of civilized society. MHO
I am a survivor and all these allegations especially the drugging is beyond my comprehension.

This is the first post I have read about him and I already feel so dirty and nauseous. I pray for justice and every woman involved.

Re: the Ennis hit man angle -
IMO, this is a silly fabrication that casts doubt on the legitimate rape accusations against BC. This will give fodder to BC's attorneys to point out how folks are out to get BC with absurd allegations. Why does anyone need to go in this direction? BC is already going down for the drugging and raping of over 50 women, if not criminally, at least possibly civilly and certainly in the public eye. Ennis' death was investigated and case closed.

3 more women come forward to accuse Cosby

More than 40 women have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct

(CNN) -
Three more women came forward publicly Wednesday to accuse Bill Cosby of sexually inappropriate behavior, creating yet another wave of allegations that the comedian abused his power by drugging and assaulting women.

One woman was a cocktail server at a jazz club in Redondo Beach, California, in the 1970s. She accused Cosby of stealing her panties after drugging her and assaulting her in her car while she was unconscious.

Another was a former model and actress who appeared as an extra on "The Cosby Show." She said that Cosby told her she better sleep with him if she wanted to make it in the entertainment industry...

Bingo.

IMO, "accountable" might simply be an admission and apology. The fact that he counterattacks not only his female accusers but also institutions like Fordham University that took back awards bestowed on Cosby shows that he is not holding himself responsible for ANYTHING he's done that was immoral or illegal.

His complete disregard for anyone he has hurt, in whatever capacity, is like another form of rape.

JMO and I'm not one of his victims, but an apology from Cosby at this point would ring extremely hollow. What could he possibly say? If he had some kind of empathy skills and was capable of feeling genuinely sorry because he hurt a lot of people he wouldn't be in this mess right now because the little voice inside him would have told him, "Bill, I think it's not a good idea to drug and rape dozens of women, it is wrong, it hurts people."
