Found Deceased IL - Robert Bee, 13, Pekin, 17 Nov 2016

http://www.1470wmbd.com/family-member-reacts-developments-bee-case/
She [stephanie bee] says it’s the unknowing that’s the hardest on her and her family. “Would there be closure yes and no. At least we know that he’s not out in a horrible world, and going to have to live the horrible life that he had been living when he was with his mother at home” she said.
...
Stephanie recalls the family bonding moments, “he wanted to be a fisherman,” she said, “because my dad did semi-pro, and he always went to my dad’s tournaments. ”

As to where Robert’s mother Lisa Bee is now, we never saw her. Stephanie believes she may be out of town.

My eyes are about rolling out my head at this whole article. I'll post before I say how I really feel and earn a time out

Basically the same article, but includes a video of the sister. Heartbreaking ...

ETA, I don't think I can link to the sister's FB, but she said today that someone has come forward and offered to pay for services for our little guy; the person chooses to stay anonymous at this time. (Apparently the person is not a member of any of the search/help groups, and came forward around November)

The mother will probably say her "friend" harmed him without her knowledge, and her being the mother was so heart broken that was why she was in the psych ward. UGH

I'm sensing there will be a lot of CYA mode going on ..... :(

Here's the bit about the funeral reported by MSM:
According to Richards, an anonymous donor has volunteered to sponsor Bee’s funeral.

“Bonzai did not get the love that he deserved, but we’re going to share it for him,” Richards said. “He’s going to feel the love from everything we do, from now on.”

But just to be clear: DNA results are not back yet, right?

Apologies if this has already been posted, I may have missed it.
_____________

Investigators, however, have established a connection to where most of the remains were found and the Bee case.

The woods behind the man’s property are owned by another person who has a nephew whom police have identified as a person involved in the investigation, Ranney said. The man who discovered the skull while mowing his lawn is not involved in the case, Ranney said.

That man’s brother speculated Wednesday that an animal may have carried the skull through a gap under the fence from the site, only several yards away, where the other remains were found.

[...]

The brother of the man who found the skull, and who also saw it, said it was devoid of any tissue or hair.

Not sure if we are allowed to link to fb groups but there's an 'official' group on there which is public that posted a video of a vigil. Not pretty.

Sigh. Sorry to hear that. :(

This is so heartbreaking. I had been clinging to earlier mumblings that he might have been hiding out with someone who was helping him. I really held on to that fantasy as long as I could.

RIP Sweet Boy. You deserved so much better...fly high....:star: :rose: :star:

Wow....a little late for that.

His sister was the only one who cared and looked for Robert for the longest time... I haven't seen the video so I can't really comment on what's going on, but I just wanted to put that out there.

Poor kid. Seems he never really stood a chance. RIP

I didn't mean it in a judgemental or callous way...just factual. That ship has come and gone....
