FL - Manhunt in Tampa after 4 slayings in 5 weeks, Oct-Nov 2017 #1

There is no gas station in any of the videos that I've seen. The videos are taken on a residential street.

The neighborhood is old and so there are houses from multiple generations--the 20s, 30s, 50s, 80s, etc--so it's not cookie cutter.

Yes, now I see...no time stamp, but I see now that it looks to be a shadow cast by a palm tree, right next to a vehicle. I watched it while doing something else the first time, and thought it was a woman ! Oy...

I have idenified a named possible suspect in thise 3 murders.
Today I have notified Tampa Police department.

This possible suspect has a long criminal record.
This possible suspect has a personal connection to murder victim Monica Hoffa.

He is:

A white male
Current Age: 29
Height: 6′ 1″
Weight: 180 lb

And he live 2 miles S/W of where Monica Hoffa's body was found.

Is there any known description, hight/weight/race, of the Tampa serial killer?

I have just found out that the person I tipped Tampa Police Department about, received a visit by the ATF the day after I provided my tip.

The reason why I find that this is important is that when I contacted the Tampa Police Department with my tip,
the first thing they asked me was "is your suspect black" and I answered "no he is white"

Now what I conclude from this is; that LE probably already know that the suspect is white, because if they knew that the suspect is black, then they would probably not have payed my suspect a visit, because he is white.

I believe that their question "is your suspect black" is a question they ask everyone that provide tips in order to select between tips that can be of interest or not.

Hope this makes sense, but english is not my first languish so I'm not sure my explanation is crystal clear.

Thinking about this and seeing the new video, it seems to me he didn't really have a plan. He goes out walking along, shoots someone and runs back in the streets back to home....or somewhere.
Was he actually heading to a destination or was he walking along till he saw someone alone? Seems to be the latter....looking for a random victim.

If he wanted to shoot someone for whatever his motive, why not hide in some bushes or behind a shed or whatnot and wait for someone to come by, and immediately skulk away through a couple of dark back yards.

He was running along the street seemingly back the same way he came, with street lights around, parked cars, and didn't he think about home surveillance?

And he did this 3 times, or was he more covert the other times. I wonder if LE will find more video from the other dates.

Yet he's not caught yet.

I'm leaning that he was walking until he saw someone. He's checking his phone, twirling it around, it doesn't seem like someone on a mission to a specific place. I get the impression he was walking until he found someone alone.

Yes maybe he had a car parked, but on the other hand maybe not.

I just checked on Google maps and it says that it would take ca 51 minutes to walk from where Monica Hoffa's body was found to my suspects address, but if he is some kind of runner he might not need a car, or maybe he just had a bicycle waiting somewere on his rute home?
That is IF my suspect is the killer, because he might of course not be him.

Another interesting thing is that the Human Behavior Expert, Susan Constantine Perfido of The Human Behavior Lab,
in a video interview yesterday stated that the POI in the videos, due to the way he flips his smartphone, might be someone who plays cards or is a bartender, here is a link to that video;

Now on my suspects facebook profile he is stating that he works for a very popular Tampa liquor store (who by the way also
have a second location which is a nightclub/bar ca 15 miles straight north of the Monica Hoffa dumping place), I was thinking; could my suspect's work at the very popular Tampa liquor stor in some way possibly include the work as a bartender ?

Wondering if poi might have been video recording and was checking the screen?
If he was into gaming on his phone, maybe he was taking it to a different level and acting out with real targets?

I agree, that would be difficult to recreate with the perp running on the sidewalk. This is probably a resident who decided to post a video themselves. I heard four shots, maybe only three reached the victim?

Im wondering if some of the footage is from a shot spotter cam? It would explain a lot. I know that some are installed not too far from this location

He could be checking the bus schedule or the time as he already knew a bus would be there soon.

Instead of **playing cards**, the suspect or POI is a casino card dealer? There is a large casino in Tampa.

Thanks dotr! Yes spot shotter is pretty amazing technology. The hillsborough County Sheriffs office put in a system a few years back. If Im not mistaken there are over 80 or 90 sensors and about half the number in cameras. That is how deputies know where to go many times when they "hear" shots... spot shotter triangulates the location of the sound of the gunshots and sends a notification to their patrol cars. If course the county is over a 1000 sq miles so... in retrospect less than 100 sensors may not cut it, especially since 3 need to pick up the sound in order to triangulate

My City’s shot spotter is audio only. No cameras.

They do have almost 40 or so surveillance cameras that work with the audio sensors though
